About this property

Enjoy your holiday in a typical Reethausidylle in a prime location. At a distance of less than 800m to the beach and 400m to the center of the multi-award winning island village Nieblum is this beautiful, partially renovated in 2012 and extensively modernized apartment on two floors including garden and private parking space. The modernization measures were completed at the beginning of 2016 with the complete renovation of the bathroom and the kitchen.
The lower floor has a bathroom, hallway, kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. The living room offers an additional sleep function. On the upper floor is the spacious sleeping studio, which is easily accessible via a spiral staircase.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage.

Die Wohnung war sauber in guter Lage und komplett ausgestattet. Aber es gab zwei Dinge die uns doch sehr gestört haben: 1. Es gibt kein W-lan in der Wohnung. Wir, meine Frau und ich habe E plus und O2 als Telefonanbieter, wir konnten in der Wohnung nicht einmal telefonieren!!!!! geschweige denn Internetzugang. Zu diesem Zweck mussten wir von das Haus auf den Parkplatz gehen. 2. Die Matratzen waren etwas durchgelegen, diese müssen mal ausgetauscht werden.

Schöne Wohnung, super Lage

Nahe zum Dorf und zum Strand. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen WLAN Anschluss. Und mittlerweile keine Kaffee Pad Maschine mehr sondern Kaffeemaschine zum aufblühen.

Tolle Wohnung/schlechter Gastservice

Das Objekt ist in einen sauberen Zustand. Dennoch hätten wir es gewünscht aufgrund Corona dass, Desinfektion und Seife zum Hände waschen bereitstehen. Denn diese mussten wir selber organisieren. Wäsche und Handtücher wurde aufgrund der spontane Buchung (4 Tage vorher )nicht bereitgestellt. Die Schlüssel mussten wir von eigenständig von einem Schlüssel Tresor abholen, was 5 km von der Ferienwohnung entfernt war. Es ist schade das diese Information erst im Nachgang nachdem man gebucht hat mitgeteilt wurde. Ansonsten war die Wohnung in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Filter Kaffee Maschine, Wasserkocher Besteck usw. wie in einem normalen Haushalt verfügbar. Ich empfehle die schöne kleine Maisonetten Wohnung für 2 Urlaubsreisende weiter. Allerdings sollte die Schlüssel Übergabe persönlich erfolgen bzw. gastfreundlicher organisiert werden! Liebe Grüße aus NRW.

Empfehlenswert

Sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in idealer Lage in Nieblum. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen und wir können diese nur weiterempfehlen. Kleiner Tipp: Anstelle des kleinen Tischchens mit Sessel bei der Wendeltreppe wäre ein kleines Schränkchen an der Wand sinnvoller, um Stauraum für die dritte Person zu erhalten, die auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer schläft. Ebenso ließe sich das Besteck in der Küche mit ein paar einfachen Gerätschaften verbessern wie Koch- und Schöpflöffel und Pfannenwender. Dies sind aber nur kleine Anmerkungen, die den absolut positiven Gesamteindruck nicht einschränken sollen.

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage

Wir hatten eine super schönes Wochenende in Nieblum. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal; es ist alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
