Very quiet and sunny situation, straight next to the valley station of the mountain cableway Motta Naluns (only 80m/2 minutes to go) and the railway and bus station. Perfect to go a skiing, hiking or with the bikes. The house has 1 appartement of 2,5 rooms and 1 Studio-Appartement (1 Room-App.). If possible we offre the transfer to the station.
