About this property

Casa del Sol Welcome to our new holiday home, Las Gaviotas, located in Calahonda. Our new, modern garden apartment is accessible from the entry area on the same floor. The open-plan living/dining area has a flat-screen TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi stereo system, fireplace, dining table, climate control system (living room), and a corner sofa—perfect for some total reaxation. The new, built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired--cooking
is a joy here. The internet connection is provided via a WLAN router and is included in the rental price. The master bedroom is quite charming and outfitted with a bed (150cm x 190cm), closet, safe, flat-screen TV, LED ambient lighting, and a ceiling fan. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. This room also has a closet as well as a ceiling fan. The bathroom is mothern and is equipped with a floor level shower, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, and hand/bath towels. A washing machine is also available. Parking is available directly in front of the home. Enjoy a glass of wine and take in the ocean view from the terrace or relax in one of the sun loungers. The beautifully maintained property has a large, communal pool, where you can fully unwind. Arriving + Relaxing + Regrouping = Casa del Sol!

Nice property and good location fairly close to restaurants, beaches and shops

Spent 9 nights on holiday with my family, the apartment was clean and in a good location, the apartment had everything in it you would need we spent most evenings at the apartment as we have a small child. The gardens pool and bbq came in good use even if the pool was bit cold. We didn’t rent a car but was easy enough to get Ubers and taxis but a car is highly recommended. We would stay here again as a family but 2 minor issues but may be different for other people 1 there was not enough hot water for 3 people to have a hot shower barely enough for 2 people and secondly not all the sockets worked with the universal plug adaptor. All in all very nice family holiday

Amazing Holiday!!

We had a lovely time spent at this apartment, it was clean and very modern, and very impressed with the security of the development. Our contact with the owner was outstanding always responded in an efficient manner and very kind an informative. The apartment had everything you wanted, lovely private garden south facing with BBQ. The pool area was lovely and clean. Calahonda itself is a lovely place, would definitely recommend if you are coming to visit this area, this apartment would be top of my list, and shall definately be coming here again. Thank you Oliver for making our holiday an enjoyable one!

Amazing Calahonda Retreat.

This place is just fantastic. It's been renovated to the highest standard and is a really cosy apartment. From a great view over the sea with a south facing garden which gets sun all day, to a brand new kitchen which has everything you need to cook a perfect meal in the evening. It's approximately 2km from the Calahonda Strip, so I would recommend a car, but if you're reasonably fit then you can walk it in 20 mins. Thank you having me and I would stay here again in a heartbeat if available!!
