The spacious and nicely furnished holiday home in Los Dolses, Villamartin - Costa Blanca South has a quiet location, sea view and proximity to the beautiful La Zenia Sandstrand (only 1.2 km away).

As a special extra, we offer our guests the free use of the Internet WiFi.

The house (south side) is part of an attractive community (Miramar Golf), which offers a wonderfully situated pool and garden. The property has 2 floors on the ground floor, a large living-dining room with a new modern air conditioning, a well equipped kitchen, a laundry room, 1 romantic bedroom with exclusive French bed and air conditioning, a large bathroom and a nice veranda overlooking the sea. On the first floor: 1 bedroom with queen-size bed and exit to the sun terrace, 1 bathroom with shower and a large sun terrace. In the outside of the house you will find a large terrace, where you will find a small garden with various herbs and a lemon tree, which you are welcome to use. Furthermore, you will find there a parking space for your car. The house is within walking distance to a range of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets as well as the shopping center Zenia Boulevard.

Villamartin is a residential area on the southern Costa Blanca. Villamartin has a good selection of services and amenities to match with the wonderful golf courses of Villamartin, Las Colinas and Campoamor. In the immediate vicinity are the most beautiful sandy beaches the Orihuela Costa has to offer as well as the shopping center of La Zenia Boulevard. The weekly market in Playa Flamenca is also nearby, where you can buy some wonderful fresh products as well as a selection of local goods at very reasonable prices. Because of its proximity to both airports (Alicante 45 minutes / San Javier 20 minutes) Villamartin is an ideal place both for holidays or for long term holidays alike. With the cheap airlines and the cheap car rental you can really spend a cheap vacation with sun, sea, etc.

On arriving at the property it was clean and very tidy inside and outside and liked nice

We had a great time staying at this property and we’re made to feel very welcome with the neighbours on either side and facing the house . My only fault with the place was the neighbour who was behind us who really didn’t care about the noise he was making at night and really early in the morning time . But overall it was a very nice break to get away and experience the property

tthe property was in a lovely location, very handy for walking to local shops and restaurants

we really enjoyed our stay, the property was well maintained, in a good position for walking to local shops and restaurants, conny the key holder was very welcoming, had a few little drinks for us in the fridge for when we arrived, she was a pleasure to meet, , only downside to property was the lack of a microwave, which we really need for my husbands, heated bag for his back problem, also kitchen area for washing up was very tight, with door in front of fridge, other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it

Beautiful property

This is a really lovely house. The location is excellent in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance to local shops, restaurants, La Zenia boulevard and the lovely La Zenia beach which is around 45 minutes walk.

However for a rental for English speakers be aware that the TV channels are German so you would need Wifi access to watch English TV. There is also no microwave.

Be careful that any requests to the owners do not get lost in translation.

But if you are aware of this then I would have no hesitation in recommending the house.

Super Urlaub, klasse Betreuung

Muss da mal ein volles Lob aussprechen. Super Haus, alles da was man braucht, nette Nachbarn und ganz wichtig immer Sonne von morgens bis abends. So macht Urlaub Spass. Conny, unsere Ansprechpartnerin war immer für uns da. Lieb ,net und immer gut drauf.Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste mal (September 2018 - Dezember)

The Sunshine House is situated very quiet yet central location. It has a south orientation and therefore the sun from morning to evening sunset. Through the excellent orientation / location it also has a beautiful sea view. On very hot days, it is very pleasant due to the sea wind, so that you rarely need the air conditioning.

The new shopping center "La Zenia Boulevard" offers the best shopping opportunities.

The private communal pool with children's wading pool is just 30 meters from the house, and the pool also offers the opportunity to do its daily fitness program in the swimmer area.

The beautiful La Zenia sandy beach with the many attractions only 1.5 km away is a highlight and highly recommended.

If you want a bit more peace and quiet, you can avoid other beaches and coves, because there are a variety of beaches and bays for every taste. If you like long walks on the sandy beach, the beach behind Torrevieja Guademar / La Mata is recommended.

From the La Zenia beach also begins a paved kilometer-long hiking trail directly on the sea in the direction of Carbo Roig-Mariner with impressive sights and restaurants and the most beautiful sea views, you can only imagine.

The restaurants in the vicinity are also recommended, there are offers for all tastes such. B. the Chinese "Grand Chino" above the canal about 800 meters away, there you get from 6.95 € a "Menue del Dia", we go there for 15 years and it was always good. Also the Spaniard "Alingui" in Torrevieja and Los Balcones as well as the Greek "El Greco" in front of the canal in 400 m distance are also highly recommended.
