A Perfect Stay

We were very pleased with the unit. It had lots of space for two couples. The location was very convenient to the center of town - about a 10 minute walk. We were met upon checkin by the owner Katrin, who provided very useful information about the property and things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Innsbruck near downtown area

My family of 4 with 2 teenage sons, traveling from USA, spent 4 nights in second week of July 2017. It was a wonderful experience. The property is as described. The responses from owners prior to our arrival and during our booking process was very prompt. The owner was available on the day and time of our arrival and showed us the property, and described the neighborhood. The apartment and fixtures were in good condition. We also requested for and got a car parking spot for extra charge. The kitchen was well stocked for basic coffee/tea and cooking . There is also a combined washer and dryer.

We liked the easy access to downtown area. which is walkable. There is not much noise from upstairs and downstairs or from the road. There is steep circular staircase up to apartment which could be issue for some folks, especially with heavy luggage.

Superb location, living quarters, and service

Great location to explore Innsbruck and surrounding areas. Property is in superb shape, clean, and very comfortable. Makes it very easy to relax after a day of exploring. Katrin's responsiveness, willingness to help, and attention to detail made logistics and the stay superb. She is a wonderful host and we would love to stay here again. Fantastic!

Spacious, well equipped apartment with lovely view

Four of us stayed in this spacious, well equipped apartment with lovely views from large windows and a balcony. The location could not be better if you want to walk through beautiful Innsbruck or visit the mountain areas surrounding. Restaurants are plentiful but the apartment kitchen is great for cooking in too. And our host, Katrin, made it all so easy. Highly recommend this large apartment.
