The 400 year old, newly designed Provencal style house is situated in a quiet street of a small dreamy village on the edge of Provence, 12 km from the beautiful medieval town of Uzes, offering everything next to a famous weekly market. Avignon, Nimes, Ales are easily reached (about 30 km), the sea with a beautiful natural beach in Le Grau-du-Roi is 80 km away. Gardon, Cèze and Ardèche offer many bathing and sports (canoeing, climbing, hiking and biking).

A 120 square meter house features a fully equipped kitchen (the owner likes to cook) and an open fireplace with upstream, sheltered terrace for dining and lounging. The living room with a writing or computer room (Internet connection and telephone flat rate) and TV with international channels with comfortable seating is also on this floor. From the hall you come into the bathroom with walk-in shower, antique bathtub and toilet.

In the second Floor is the master bedroom, equipped with 1 double bed (1,80 x 2 m) and wardrobe. The second has a single bed (0,90x 2m) and a pull-out sofa bed with two beds (1,60 x 2 m) and also a wardrobe.

On the ground floor of the basement rock was turned into a charming salon d'été. From here you enter the courtyard, which offers plenty of room for sunbathing or barbecue (Weber electric grill is situated in the house).

4 bikes in various sizes are available for cycling tours available.
