Very nice flat with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, balcony, WIFI, air conditioning, underground parking, communal pool, situated between beautiful beaches and ports. Just a few meters to the bars and restaurants. Only 5 minutes to huge shopping center Zenia Boulevard or in Torrevieja the Center Comercial Habaneras. It takes a few minutes to several very nice Golplaetzen. A large aqua park is 10 minutes away.

Excellent apartment in a great location.

Excellent apartment in a great location close to all amenities, beach, restaurants and bars. However quite on a night. We liked the fact the pool area was secure with key fob only access that was watched by a life guard. Would strongly recommend to stay here. We will be returning.

Christian even came out to meet us and explain the apartment to us which we found extremely helpful.

Fantastic location, great apartment, good facilities

Stayed during the last two weeks of August and found the two bedroom (1 double bed and 2 singles) perfect for a family stay. Apartment was clean & functional with nice sea views from the large balcony. Apartment was well fitted with aircon, large tv, fast (18mb) internet, usual extras in kitchen and 3 loungers & chairs that could be used either on the balcony or taken to the pool area. Pool area was clean, not too busy and the pool itself was a great size for kids/adults alike. Location is perfect, just behind Cabo Roig strip but far enough to not hear any noise or get footfall from the road. The beach is a 10 min walk and sea views from the pool area amazing, buses run every 30 mins to surrounding areas including La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre (Primark a must), equally plenty of parking available if car hired. Weekly market nearby on Thursday is good fun with a wide selection of foods/textiles, get there early.

Very Nice Apartment

The apartment has excellent WiFi, which is important for keeping the kids happy. Nice views to the sea and pool. The apartment has everything you need including seats for the pool and loungers for the balcony and a nice big TV. The pool and grass area is also very nice and has a lifeguard on duty every day. Security to the complex is also very good. It is nicely located for access to the resturaunts. We really enjoyed our stay.

Podría haber sido muy buena pero....

La urbanización están muy bien en cuanto a la situación, el acceso andando a la playa, la enorme piscina...El apartamento tiene unas vistas estupendas, es bonito y fresco pero también tiene algunos inconvenientes que nos han decepcionado: no tiene microondas, el grifo del fregadero este torcido y resulta incomodisimo fregar a mano (tampoco tiene lavavajillas), y por último NO SE PUEDE DISPONER DE LA PLAZA DE APARCAMIENTO SUBTERRANEA que se menciona en el anuncio. Es cierto que en la calle se aparca bien pero el anuncio y por tanto el precio es engañoso. Íbamos con la intención de repetir el próximo año pero si no arreglan el grifo, ponen un microondas y rebajan el precio al no tener plaza de aparcamiento no lo haremos.
