This small Majorcan treasure with private patio has 75 square meters all-in, has a 3.60 meter high wooden beam ceiling and is located on the 1st floor in a quiet, restored, 80 years old building with lift behind the charming Placa Coll. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and a Nespresso machine (without George Clooney).

The tastefully furnished living and kitchen area is well-appointed with air conditioning (warm/cold), dining table for 5 persons and sofa (5 seats), 40 inch Samsung flat screen TV/SAT and free WiFi.

All windows are double glazed and tight! In the walls of the apartment are infrared radiators installed.

The apartment is centrally located in an absolute top location next to Placa d'en Coll and shines in their environment (Placa d'en Coll, Placa Mayor and Placa Cort) with everything your heart desires within walking distance: arts & culture, cafes, bars & restaurants, boutiques & department stores, sight & seeing, market halls & supermarkets, beaches & marinas, biking, jogging & skating and perfect public transport connections in Palma, but also for the whole island!

+++ PAYMENT:

No deposit! Because of the great experiences in the past, I don`t ask for a deposit! Everything is working with trust and confidence!

For arrivals AFTER 20:00 there is a Late-Check-In fee of 30,-€ in cash to pay.

+++ PARKING:

If you need, you can rent a parking (or two!). The rental price is between € 8.70 and € 7.40 per day depending on the length of your rental. The exact special prices can be found here in the topic ''Location''!

If there is no arriving and leaving (hot cleaning) of guests at the same day, you can check-in earlier for sure ;-)!

The Check-out time is 11:00h at your date of departure.

BUT: On the other side we can save your luggage when you are arriving early or leaving late!

+++ CANCELLATION:

-­ You will receive 100% of your payment back when you cancel your trip longer than 30 days before your arrival day!

Lovely apartment in great location

Perfect location for exploring Palma and the rest of Mallorca. The old town is beautiful and we were close to all the sights plus handy for a supermarket. The main bus and train stations were just over 10 minute walk away which meant we could explore the island using the very good public transport system in stead of the hassle of renting a car.

The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very well equipped and beautifully furnished.

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Right in the heart of the fantastic Old Town. Only 15 minute walk to the seafront. 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. We were met by the lovely Daria, who is so sweet and very helpful.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Myself and a friend have just returned from a weekend stay at the Jardin Apartment.

Prior to travelling Alexander was quick to reply to my request to book,and the whole process was easy and hassle free.

We received an arrival email,that had all the information on the apartment and the local contact details.

We got a taxi from the airport which was just over 20 Euro and 10 mins drive,which dropped us at the Town Hall maybe 5 min walk from the apartment.We were met here by Daria,a lovely Russian girl who escorted us to the apartment and showed us around it.

The apartment is exactly as it appears on here.We loved the private courtyard,eating and drinking out there.Would be even better in the hot summer months.

The apartment is in a great setting in the middle of the old town.Surrounded by beautiful buildings.There are also a good selection of shops and bars on the doorstep.Our favourite was the quirky bar opposite the entrance to the apartment "Sa Corbata ".They do some great cocktails for around 7 Euro.You must also try the bakery below the apartment for fresh bread cakes and pastries.

The apartment is an easy 10 minute walk from the Cathedral.We got the Palma sightseeing bus from here.

We both loved our stay at the Jardin apartment.Thank you Alexander,if I visit Palma again I would definitely stay here again!.

Exactly as shown in the photos

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in the old town of Palma. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean and in the perfect location; plenty of bars, restaurants and shops all around. Arriving and finding the apartment was a smooth process thanks to Julia, who met us at the car park, helped us get a car park pass for the time we were staying and then walked with us to the apartment, pointing out shops we might need as we walked. She was really helpful. It would be equally useful to have some sort of welcome pack/card in the apartment providing key information, such as where to take the rubbish and the WiFi password.

One thing to bear in mind is that the apartment can be very warm at night. Fans are provided but the air con didn't work particularly well. Having said that, it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.

Fantastic apartment

Me, my husband and 2 sons had a fab 3 nights stay in Alexander's apartment. Communication was great once we had booked, and check in was super easy. The apartment is very stylishly furnished and has a very homely feel. It is well equipped with everything you need and the icing on the cake is a fabulous quiet and private courtyard. Perfect for eating breakfast in the sunshine or having a glass of wine before heading out for the evening. The location of the apartment is great. Central. 30 seconds walk from Placa Major. Above a bakery, so fresh pastries for breakfast. And surrounded by great little bars and restaurants. Thank you for having us. We will be back again soon for sure.

Welcome, in the heart of Palma!

This typical, air-conditioned, bright old town flat ''Jardin '' is located in a 100-year-old, now restored old building with lift (the apartment is in the first floor). It has a private garden patio (please have look at my pictures!) and it's right in the heart of the old town, not far from the cathedral in the old Jewish quarter and next to the Plaza Mayor and Plaza Salvador Coll.

Walk around the old streets during the day with its cafés, market halls, monuments and boutiques. Enjoy in the evening all the nice tapas bars, restaurants and galleries. Dive in the city's nightlife district of Palma: La Lonja, Santa Catalina, the marina with the entertainment district Paseo Maritimo (Pacha, Tito's, Garito, BLVD)! Visit the small harbor and the promenade of Portixiol with his fishing boats, restaurants and the beach city of Palma.

Stroll through history, art and culture! Please visit the artist Miro, the art museum Es Baluard, the Belver Castle, the Cathedral and churches and the Royal Palace.

The beaches:

Mallorca has about 300 beaches, covering every imaginable desire for families up to beach parties or up to the chilly and romantic bay! There 120 beaches which can be reached only by boat. Here is a small selection:

The Caribbean beach of Es Trenc, the Bay of Illetes, the beach of Palma Nova, Sant Elm, Paguera, the three-finger-bay, Playa Muro in the north, the city beach of Port de Pollenca and Cala Ratjada, Cala Figuera, the beach of Deja and not to forget the party beach of Arenal (if you like it!).

The Tramuntana Mountains:

Visit the places Valdemossa, Deja, Banyalbufar, Port de Soller, Sa Calobra and go to the '' end '' of the island and enjoy the view from the Cap Formentor.

Sport: cycling, golf, skiing, hiking, climbing, skating, sailing, diving, snorkeling, to name a few.

But even in the low season (November to mid-March) Mallorca is a wonderful place with temperatures between 20 and 25 degrees!

Enjoy the Christmas time or the almond bloom, make culinary and cultural tours, visit wineries, museums, attractions, festivals etc. (Easter, pirate fights, throwing the ducks).

It dosen't matter if you are here as a single, couple or with friends, the apartment offers everything you need to spend a relaxing city-holiday in the pearl of the Mediterranean ...
