A beautiful apartment in a new holiday resort. From the windows and from the outside terrace you can enjoy a splendid sea view.
One of the la Tejita best beaches is about 500 meters away.

The resort has 2 swimming pools (135 m2 for adults and for children 16 m2) and a parking garage. The location offers the best opportunities for sports activities such as windsurfing and kitesurfing, here finds the järliche World Cup under the umbrella of the PWA instead. The large golf field "Gold del Sur" is only 3 min. Drive away.

Todo perfecto

Apartamento funcional muy bien ubicado (tercera y última planta con vistas a playa y Teide) en urbanización de reciente construcción. Bien equipado, moderno, luminoso y muy limpio. Se puede ir andando a la playa y al centro comercial. Aunque no hable español ni inglés fue muy divertido entenderse con Valentina, que es la persona encargada de entregar y recoger las llaves del apartamento.

Übernachtung JA, Urlaub NEIN

Die Wohnung haben wir in einem nicht ganz sauberem Zustand übernommen. Eine Quitung für die Kaution von der (nur) ruschich sprechender Frau habe ich auch nicht erhalten. Da wir ganz spät angereist sind, ist uns es bei der Übernahme nicht aufgefallen. Erst am nächsten Tag nach der Anreise haben wir erst ca. 1 Stunde Putzaktion machen müssen, damit wir uns einigermaße wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung ist allerdings relative gut ausgestattet und man konnte sogar was kochen. Die Besitzer der Wohnung haben sogar wegen uns eine neue Kaffemachine besorgt. Darüber haben wir uns natürlich gefreut. Was fehlt bzw. uns gefehlt hatte, ist WLAN. Im Moment ist eine große Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es werden 3 Häuser neben dran gebaut. Die Baustelle ist ab 8:00 bis 18:00 von Montag bis Freitag in vollen Zügen. Die Müllabfuhr kommt regelmäßig um 5:30, manchmal war es 6:00. Jeden Tag! Bei der Rückgabe der Wohnung habe ich meine ,,Reklamation,, wg. Schmutz geäußert. Die rusisch sprechende Frau hat es aber alles gegen mir gedreht und hat mir schlechtes Gewissen gemacht. Angekommen ist bei ihr gar nichts. Geld (Kaution) habe ich aber am Ende erhalten. Fazit: Wir waren da mit 2 kleinen Kinder, und weil wir meistens unterwegs waren, war die Wohnung für die Übernachtungen akzeptabel. Aber für Urlauber, die den Kaffe auf dem Balkon mit einer schönen Kulisse und in Ruhe genießen möchten, ist die Wohnung NICHT zu empfehlen.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Die Wohnung und die Anlage waren sehr schön. Auch die Buchung verlief reibungslos und wir wurden nett empfangen. Gerne kommen wir wieder und bedanken uns für die kompetente Betreuung von Frau Elena Börgens.
