The 90 square meter apartment in penthouse style consists of a sunlit spacious living room, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room. All rooms are designed with white Macael marble. The central air conditioning system allows either cooling or heating. Our apartment can accommodate up to four people. You have an unforgettable panorama view from the living room and the 112 square metres terrace on the sea, the long sandy beach and the Costa del sol.

On clear days, the view goes to the mountains of Morocco.

In the Mediterranean garden is a swimming pool with sunbathing area as well as a direct access to the approximately 150 meters from the sea beach. For this you use an underpass which is left up exclusively to the guests of the flat complex. In addition, an underground parking space is available. An elevator contributes to your comfort.

Free WIFI

Not only beach lovers will get their money's worth. Many renowned golf courses are located in the immediate vicinity. Also culture and sightseeing are not forgotten. Only think of Gilbraltar, the old town of Estepona and Cadiz, the glamorous Marbella, the picturesque Casares and the legendary Ronda. Perhaps you are planning a day trip by speedboat of the approaching situated Algeciras to Morocco.

25% deposit on booking. Final payment and security deposit four weeks before arrival. Water and electricity included. The cleaning fee of 80 Euros is payable locally. Traumurlaub

Unser Urlaub war ein einziger Genuss: das morgendliche Aufstehen mit dem ausgebreiteten Meer vor Augen und die langen Abende mit ihren romantischen Sonnenuntergängen. Aber es ist nicht nur die Lage, es ist gleichermaßen die Wohnung, die mit sehr viel Liebe und Sorgfalt eingerichtet worden ist. Es fehlt einfach an nichts. Penthouse-Luxus vom feinsten. Superschnelles WLAN, so daß wir auf die sonst üblichen Internetcafes verzichten konnten.

Die Wohnung und die immens große Terrasse waren tipptopp sauber. Die Lage ist ideal, nicht nur für den Strandurlaub, sondern auch um die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung kennenzulernen. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind schnell erreichbar. Weitläufiger, breiter und ruhiger Sandstrand. Gemütliche Strandrestaurants.

Vielen Dank auch für die Tipps!

Gerne und oft denken wir an unseren Traumurlaub zurück, und bedauern nun um so mehr, daß das Penthouse dieses Jahr zu unserem Wunschtermin schon belegt ist. Aber wir kommen wieder! Entschuldigung für die verspätete Bewertung.

Nous avons passé une semaine en Andalousie dans l'appartement de MR Bauer , appartement correspondant parfaitement aux photos fournies, le confort , la propreté sont de rigueur , nous avons beaucoup apprécié la belle grande terrasse ensoleillée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Ursula. Nous tenons aussi à remercier MR Bauer d'avoir toujours répondu à nos questions aussi rapidement. Nous ne pourrions que conseiller cette location

Extraordinarios días de descanso. Una vivienda totalmente equipada, con mobiliario exquisito y con maravillosas vistas al mar. Una increíble terraza desde donde se puede divisar la costa de Marruecos. Muy cómoda y confortable. Muy bien ubicada, tiene todos los servicios a la mano. En urbanización privada que dispone de piscina. En primera línea de playa a la que se accede a pie a través de un paisaje natural y protegido. Totalmente

recomendable y naturalmente repetiremos.

Una terraza fantástica con vistas al mar

La terraza perfecta para desayunar,comer,cenar,tomar el sol y relajar.

La playa está bastante cerca,no hay mucha gente y se puede pasarlo bien sin estar agobiado que te quiten el sitio.

Si un día no te apetece la playa ,te quedas en la piscina comunitaria.

La parte negativa es,que las tiendas,restaurantes,bares y super está lejos.

Hace falta coche.

La otra parte negativa es el ruido de los coches que pasan por la carretera constantemente.

El resto perfecto.

Owner's Response: Estimado Alberto, Agradecemos mucho tus amables comentarios y nos place mucho que hayan apreciado y disfrutado las cualidades de 'La Pagoda', tales como la terraza con su maravillosa vista al mar, el acceso directo a la playa y las instalaciones. Estamos concientes del problema de la cercanía de la carretera, la cual pasa a lo largo de casi toda la Costa del Sol y se encuentra lamentablemente por ello, enfrente o detrás, de los inmuebles con vista frontal al mar. En relación a la ubicación semiurbana del complejo de apartamentos existe la posibilidad de utilizar el bus (parada a aprox. 150 mts) para ir de tiendas, a restaurantes, etc, en Puerto de la Duquesa (2 Km) , a Sabinillas (5 Km), a Torre Guadiaro (6 Km), a Sotogrande (9 Km) a Estepona (15 Km), aunque claramente es mas cómodo tener coche.
