The villa is right in the middle of Hvar in the small village Svirče. From here it is approximately 4 km to Jelsa and 25 km to Hvar town. Jelsa is a pleasant town surrounded by mountains and situated in the northern part of the island. Here you will find shopping and restaurants. There are several shops and restaurants in Stari Grad and Hvar town. Hvar town has many medieval buildings that create a charming atmosphere reminiscent of southern France. It is the perfect setting to enjoy the Croatian cuisine, as the city's many restaurants offer. Hvar is the largest of the islands in the Croatian archipelago. Since it is the island most certain of sunshine along the coast, sun and beaches are a natural part of the holiday here.The beaches are mostly pebble beaches and rocks or piers. From the island's possible to take around with ferries to the mainland or other Croatian islands.
The villa is over 100 years old and was renovated in 2006. The villa is in 2 levels, which are spread over 170 m2. On the ground floor you'll get directly into the large bright living room, Here is room for both a dining table and a large seating area with satellite TV and fireplace. It is open to the kitchen, there is well equipped with for example a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and oven. There is also a small area where there is a small desk. There is also a wine cellar and a bedroom and a bathroom. Stairs lead from the living room to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a walk-in wardrobe. There is also a balcony of 50 m2. In the villa there's room for two extra beds.
Besides the balcony on the first floor, the villa offers a nice outside area consisting of several covered and furnished areas. Here both outdoor dining table and lounge area. The pool is in the middle. In addition there is sun beds. From the terrace there are views over the surrounding countryside.
There are several different levels in the plot.
