Private: with natural garden 50 m2. 100 m long steep motor access to 50 m from the house. 50 m stepped path to the house. Parking at 50 m public parking. Shop 1.1 km, supermarket 10 km, railway station "Aulla" 13 km, sandy beach "Fiumaretta" 40 km. Nearby attractions: La Spezia 33 km, Riomaggiore 48 km, Lerici 36 km, Portovenere 47 km, Cava Fantiscritti Carrara 51 km, Lucca 87 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Cerreto Laghi 50 km, Torre del lago 75 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Un cadre magnifique et ressourçant

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille très ressourçante. La maison est très agréable et très bien décorée, aménagée. Le jardin est très agréable. Le village de Villecchia est très très joli et le point de départ de très jolies ballades/ randonnées. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil très sympathique de Roby et le calme du village.

Einfach wunderschön

Sehr romantisch, Einrichtung und Gestaltung sehr liebevoll im toskanischen Stil. Viele kleine Plätzchen hin kucken und wohl fühlen. Die Berganfahrt haben wir dafür gerne in Kauf genommen. Vielen Dank an Robby für die tollen Tipps und die super Betreuung.

Ein Traum!!

Es war alles so wie wir uns gewünscht haben!! Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum auch die Lage!!! Der Roberto ein richtig top Gastgeber und ein wunderbarer Mensch!!!! Wir möchten noch mal Dankeschön sagen dafür das wir die Möglichkeit bekommen haben so ein tolle Zeit zum verbringen!!! LG Anna Tutto era come lo desideravamo!! charmantes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage

Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Bergdorf mit traumhafter Aussicht. Wenn man die abenteurliche Anfahrt hinter sich gebracht hat, wird man mit einer Oase der Ruhe in zauberhafter Lage belohnt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wunderschöne Schlafräume mit Balkonen und Terrassen zu verschiedenen Himmelsrichtungen. Gartenterrasse mit Pergola, Grill, Aussenwasserstelle..... Manche mag die fehlende Geschirrspülmaschine nerven - das machte uns aber nichts aus. Ein Ort zum Seele baumeln lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder - auch wegen des netten Verwalters vor Ort.
