The apartment is located in a quiet residential area off of turbulence in the district of Sa Pedruscada, Cala Ratjada, without disturbing hotels, restaurants or bars nearby. Just 5 minutes from the house is a small picturesque beach where you can swim away from the tourist masses. About a promenade 15-minute walk along the sea up to the popular beach of Son Moll and on to the marina.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house with separate entrance, which is surrounded by a landscaped garden. It has a cozy living area with German satellite TV and Wi-Fi, dining area and an open kitchen with bar counter. There is a double bedroom and a bathroom. At the community pool sun loungers and a covered seating area are available.
