Located in a beautiful coastal town, 40 minutes north of Lisbon. Near the highway. The apartment has the Atlantic Ocean View. 4 minutes walk to the beach. There are three of the best Portuguese surfing beach nearby. ( Santa Cruz, Santa Rita

Golf course within view and walking distance. The Golf Mar Hotel within sight.

The area has a designated bicycling track (Ciclovia) which is located just outside of the main street of the apartment.

Many activities within walking distance of 5 minutes such as paragliding, hiking and trekking, swimming, scenic walk, golfing and cycling. The shooting ranch is located next town in Santa Cruz which is 5 minutes drive.

Spa therapy centre is close by.

*20 minutes drive to Berlengas Island Ferry (Peniche).

*4 minutes walk to Beach Cafe/Restaurant.

Deciros que salio todo perfecto, tanto el apartamento como la zona supero con creces nuestras expectativas.

El apartamento es ideal tanto en espacio y confort como en decoracion (las fotos que aparecen en la pagina web no hacen honor a la calidad del mismo). Con las indicaciones que nos distes fue sencillo llegar y acceder al mismo.Ademas estaba en una zona tranquila e intermedia entre Ericeira y Peniche, algo que tambien estabamos buscando. Acertamos plenamente con la eleccion de vuestro apartamento

Preciosas playas, no mucha gente y clima perfecto. Si volvemos contamos con vosotros.

The apartament was very clean , well equipated to a High standard.

Property located in a very quite and peaceful location , 5 min walk from Nice beaches. You will definetly need a car if you want to travel around. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our holiday in this amazing Property and will definetly like to return in the near future.

very clean, secure and comfortable apartment, 5 minutes walk from very nice beaches. The local beaches are not overcrowded and have a few inexpensive restaurants & beach bars so there is no overdevelopment ...which is good. Locals are friendly. Santa cruz town is a short taxi journey ( ~10 euro ) away if you want more night life etc

Good, if you want a quiet time & no acton

The apartment itself is stunning - good craftsmanship, a very friendly land lord (thanks again, Jo-Anne) and all that you need for a relaxed stay in Portugal.

The location is rubbish, if you are lokking for a lot of action. So take it easy or go to Lisboa.

The only thing we did not expect and were not aware of, was that the beach was really dirty in the middle of October. I do not know if that is some sad exception or if it is just not cleaned in off-season.


it is well worth the money, if you want to take your time to calm down, read a book and enjoy some tasty food in the villages nearby.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your wonderful compliment of the apartment. It is true that the town that the apartment is located does not have much action especially after September. However, if you are looking for a lot of action, there are near by towns by car with great night life. It is a safe and quiet place if you looking for relaxation. We are sorry about your encountered on dirty beach during your stay. It must has been a storm recently and the locals did not had a chance to upkeep the beaches because usually the nearby beaches are well kept. The locals take great pride on their coastal town/ beaches.

Quality apartment in a good location

Very modern, clean and comfortable accommodation in a nice location, minutes to the beach and local restaurants, one of which, Berco Cdar I would highly recommend, superb fresh fish meals at reasonable prices. A rental car is a necessity if one wants to explore the many local villages along the way to the more popular tourist spots, Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais.

Thanks to Jo-Anne for her professional approach during the rental process. I recommend this place for the traveler who enjoys a comfortable modern quality place to come home to after a days touring this beautiful country.

Excellent Seaside Luxury Rental

Excellent accommodation . Less than 5 minutes from an amazing beach, with local amenities close buy but a car is required.

The apartment is VERY clean and spacious with a large terrace/patio. Very secure and perfcet for a couple or family looking for a getaway from the city life.

Very close to Peniche which has soem of the best food (fish and seafood) in Portugal - highy recommend Popular in Peniche.

Perfect location to drive by ffor day trips to various areas - Lisbon, Obidos, Fatima, Timor etc...

Thanks Jo Anne for all the help and the prompt responses, very prodessional and I highy recomend this place for the traveler who enjoys luxury and apprecaites quality!

Refundable Damage Deposit £221.17

Cleaning Fee is optional, you may request an optional once a week cleaning.
There will be refundable security/damage deposit of $250.00 or equivalent amount converted to Euro.
Rental that are 3 weeks or more, security deposit will be 10% of the total rental rate or whichever the higher. Security Deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of departure.
Only 50% of rental fee will be refunded if cancellation were made within 2 week prior .

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
