Apartment Blockhaus Metzler

In the silence of the nature, in the ski area Schwarzenberg / Bödele on approximately 1.000 vertical meters, lies our lovingly furnished holiday flat.

In the summer months you can directly from the apartment, on the well-marked trails, explore the Bregenzerwald with all its natural wonders. Your children can also play directly in the house in the nature, while you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the valley with its unique mountain scenery from a terrace with a jug of fresh, cool spring water.

Both in winter and in summer, in good as well as in bad weather, the Bregenzerwald with its numerous excursion possibilities can not be bored. Here is something for everyone: For the adventurous, athletes, peace seekers and children.

In winter, the Schwarzenberg / Bödele ski area is also very popular among the forests (as the inhabitants of the Bregenzerwald are called). In the snowy months, inexperienced skiers can jump into the adventure directly from the front door. But even experienced skiers appreciate the ski resort due to its numerous combinations of slopes.

In just 15 minutes by car you reach Mellau, from where you can start your day's skiing in the largest ski area in Vorarlberg's "Mellau-Damüls".

In winter, there is a parking space (P5) about 200m away. We recommend to park the car in this parking lot when it is snowing.

During your stay in the summer, you will receive the Bregenz Forest Card free of charge (valid from May to October) and will enjoy numerous discounts on cable cars and entrance fees.

The apartment is the granny flat in the second house from the left of the gallery picture. Through current photos in our ad you can get more impressions of the apartment and the surrounding area.

Notes:
The ski with the no. 12 goes right past the house. Very close is also the Haglift is well suited for beginners. In the ski slope there, due to the optimum slope even adults will find your fun. For ski lessons due to the location you choose the ski school Schwarzenberg. The ski area consists of the "Bödele-" and the "heap lifts" and are not connected by a lift to each other but only by a ski slope. With the day and points cards you can drive in both ski areas. The best from top to to Schwarzenberg. From there or from the parking lot not far from the house, you can take the day ticket for free every half hour to the ski bus up and get the most from the Hochälpelelift. Do you have a ticket, the fare will be deducted when buying a day ticket against receipts. Some days we take advantage of the ski gondola :-) quasi as several times a day. With the departure times in the head, we adapt it to a from the two stations.

What a view! Breath taking is all I can say!

We only had a few hours to spend here we arrived at 11:00 at night and left at 8:00am but we woke up to the beautiful sound of cow Bell's from grazing Cow's behind the chalet. However that was just the beginning... opening the door to look out at the mountain view took my breath away. The only complaint I have is that I didn't have more time to spend here.

Schöne Wohnung in herrlicher Lage mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Die Wohnung überzeugt vor allem durch die wunderschöne Lage mitten in der Natur. Der Gastgeber war super zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, genauso ist die hervorragende Sauberkeit zu erwähnen.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen.

Tolle Ausstattung & Lage

Der Teil der Hütte ist sehr gut & vollständig ausgestattet. Desweiteren sind alle Räume sehr gemütlich ausgestattet, in top Zustand und sehr sauber. Wir haben zu viert ein sehr schönes Wochenende verbringen dürfen. Das lag auch daran, dass Wanderung direkt von der Hütte aus gestartet werden können. Auch Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Umgebung (innerhalb 5min mit dem Auto problemlos erreichbar).

Voll ausgestattet. Panoramablick ins Tal. Idyllisch. Absolut familientauglich

7 Tage trotz viel Regen ein gelungener Urlaub. Eine mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattete Wohnung und Umgebung machen es möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Was wir (Familie mit zwei Jungs 3&5 j.) genossen haben:

Panoramablick ins Tal, Wlan, ortstypische Gastronomie, gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen, viele Shoppingmöglichkeiten im Ort, ein netter Kontakt zum Vermieter der sich auskennt und viele Vorschläge für Ausflüge hat, mehrere frische Bergquellwasserstellen in Trinkwasserqualität und und und...

klein aber fein

In summer you can be driven to the house. In winter depending on snow conditions. We recommend to park (directly on the main road) with snow in the parking lot Game Moss. Of these, there are about 5 minutes walk to the apartment.

Die Anreiseuhrzeit ist 16 Uhr, die Abreisezeit 11 Uhr. Gerne handhaben wir dies flexibel je An- und Abreise nach vor- und nachfolgenden Gästen nach Absprache.

Stornobedingungen: 100% Rückerstattung bis 30 Tage vor der Anreise. Bei einer Stornierung bei weniger als 30 Tage vor der Anreise wird 50%, 14 Tage vor Anreise 70% und weniger als 7 Tage 100% des Mietpreises als Stornogebühren fällig. Es gelten volle Kalendertage vor dem Anreisetag, der Anreisetag zählt nicht mit. Bei Nichtanreise besteht der Anspruch auf die Einbehaltung von 100% des Mietpreises. Der Vermieter hält bei Nichtanreise die Wohnung bis folgenden Tag 12 Uhr bereit und ist berechtigt, die Ferienwohnung sofern keine Nachricht über eine spätere Anreise erfolgt diese anderweitig zu vermieten.

Der Gast trägt die Gefahr für eingebrachte Sachen selbst. Bei Beschädigungen werden wir dies Dokumentieren und dem Mieter in Rechnung stellen.
