Kukuk is a small, quiet village in the heart of Mecklenburg.
Our natural state large water property lies at the end of the village in a cul de sac and is ideal for swimming, play and relax. Whether on water, on the apple tree or in the grass, everyone can find his favorite place.
At the far end of the grounds are 3 log cabins, a few steps to the lake, the playground and the forest.
A pleasantly light and airy living area with open kitchen and dining table has direct access to the terrace.
On the pull-out day bed, which serves as a seat during the day, 2 people can comfortably sleep at night (160 x 200).
2 more people can sleep in the 2 single beds (90 x 200) on the open, comfortable sleeping loft.
An open kitchen with dishwasher, oven and fridge you will also find in the lower part of the cottage, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Directly adjacent to our property is the village meadow with a large playground, football, beach volleyball, basketball and barbecue area, as well as the public bathing jetty.
Who wants to go hiking or cycling, this can be enjoyed in the adjoining fields and woodland surroundings. The Sternberger Seenland is attractive not only for its numerous lakes, we also love the varied hilly landscape and the variety of animal species.
There are raccoons, cranes, wild geese, birds of prey, etc.
The house is not winterized and can only be heated by a mobile electric heater.
