The tastefully furnished house has an open, modern fitted kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. In the living room and in the master bedroom there is air conditioning (hot/cold). Both bedrooms have modern " en-suite " bathrooms. The second bedroom has a separate entrance with access via the external stairs.

The house with its two double beds in the bedrooms is ideal for four people, but also offers overnight accommodation for a fifth and sixth person on the sofa bed in the living room.

The house has two terraces with year-round breathtaking views of the town of Benitachell , the sea and the elephant mountain . A sight that inspires painters! These terraces invite you to taste the culinary discoveries of the region outdoors or just enjoy the lovely views! A private car park is available. The nearest supermarket is well-stocked at a distance of about one kilometer. In cool saison you can use the airconditions or the modern wall heater in the living room - an ideal complement to one of the world's best microclimates! A flat screen sat-tv and wifi are available.

Attention! We point out that per stay an additional fee of 80 Euro is payable in cash for final cleaning upon delivery of the keys! Bedding at a price of 15 Euro per person and change can be booked optional and in this case would also be paid in cash upon arrival.

Here you are far from the high rise hotels and annoying tourist bustle - and at the same time in a few minutes at any location of your choice. You can enjoy the modern comfort almost like at home and a car park is reserved for you directly on the doorstep.

Benitachell and the beautiful Urbanizacion Las Mimosas were for Milkana and Michael " love at first sight " , because many things harmonize perfectly here. The proximity to the sea, just a short drive to many different types of beaches and dream coves. The healing as relaxing air on a plateau, where a pleasant and refreshing breeze from the two nearby coasts, the Costa Blanca and the Costa Azahar is blowing. Gorgeous views on Benitachell and the imposing elephant mountain whose trunk seemingly extends to the sea. At the same time Benitachell is always just a short drive from many interesting spots. Großartiger Blick auf die Orte Benitachell, Javea, Elefantenberg und Landschaft

...wir denken das die Überschrift so besser passt, dass mit dem Blick aufs Meer ist nicht richtig oder nur sehr wenig.

Dies tut dem Blick aber keine Wertminderung.

Die Lagebeschreibung zum Inserat könnte genauer sein, insbesondere der steile Aufstieg! Nichts für Gehbehinderte oder die diesbezüglich Probleme haben, selbst für Trainierte eine Herausforderung. Auto ist zwingend erforderlich und auch da sollte man geübt mit Gang 1 + 2 sein.

Der Vermieter hat uns bestens betreut und hat blitzschnell reagiert - absolute 1,0!

Das Domizil selbst ist mediteran und mit dem Grund eingerichtet und ausgestattet, obwohl es für große Kochkünste wie wir es gerne gemacht haben, doch noch an einigen Utensilien fehlt (auch hier war der Vermieter schnell mit Lösungsvorschlag zur Stelle). Wir hatten dennoch nicht die Motivation eine zweite Pfanne etc. zu kaufen...

Ansonsten gibt es nicht viel zu meckern, ein paar Kleiniigkeiten sollten abgestelt werden dann ist es rund, wie Kalt+Warmwasser unten sind falsch installiert, da kann man sich schon verbrennen, da es sehr heiß rauskommt.

Kleiner Wermutstropfen: für 80.- € Endreinigung darf ich erwarten, dass das Apartment "picobello" ist!!! Keine Haare im Kühlschrank und auf dem Bett...wir haben uns dadurch trotzdem nicht unsere gute Laune trüben lassen.

Die Nachbarschaft ist englisch/spanisch geprägt - no German, nicht schlimm - muss man nur wissen.

Restaurantsempfehlung Canis in Benimarco - großartige Paella. El Speciale - lecker!

Die Buchten, El Portet, La Barraca, El Ambolo sind toll zum schnorcheln und schwimmen.

Die großen Hauptstrände kann man lassen, insbesondere in Moreira - Wasser stinkt durch Ableitungen und auch El Arenal - überfüllt.

Wir hatten wie so oft gefühlt eine viel zu kurze Zeit...16 wunderbare, sonnige und warme Tage.

Was die Weiterempfehlung an den eigenen Familien oder Freundeskreis angeht - eher nicht - da zu speziell.

Wir haben die Ferien und das spanische Flair genossen.

Owner's Response: Vielen Dank für die Anregungen, die wir sofort aufgenommen und umgesetzt haben. Eine zweite Pfanne gehört jetzt zur Küchenausstattung. Die Wasserinstallation im unteren Bad wurde repariert. Auch wir waren erschrocken, als wir lasen, dass es Anlass zur Kritik an der Sauberkeit gab. Wir haben dies intern ausgewertet und arbeiten künftig mit einem neuen Partner zusammen.

Tres belle vue mais pas pratique a vivre

La region de Benitachell est splendide et la vue de l appartement est superbe. Et il y a a 3 km de la maison une plage magnifique dans une petite crique ( moreira)qui necessite d etre equipe de chaussure d eau.

Par contre la maison est remplie d escaliers et la seconde chambre n est accessible que par l exterieur ( a deconseiller pour des enfants en bas age) et il n y a qu une seule clef de fournie pour la semaine ce qui peut occasionner la mesavanture de se faire enfermer dehors facilement.. Ce detail n est pas tres clair dans l annonce.

La chambre exterieure est tres humide alors qu il fait 30 degres et que c est juillet . Au bout d une semaine les vetements les draps et les matelas etait couverts d humidite et de salpetre comme j ai pu le montrer a la personne qui assure la livraison des clefs.

Il y a par ailleur dans la salle de bain de cette chambre une prise electrique qui se trouve dans la douche et qui est tres dangereuse . Cela rend l utilisation de la seconde salle de bain impossible. ( cela a deja ete signale sur le livre d or de l appartement l an dernier par des locataires mais il n y a pas eu de modification).

Nous avons par ailleur eu la mauvaise surprise d avoir un lave vaisselle hs des notre arrivee. Il a fini par etre repare le jeudi soir.. Cela a donc ete une semaine de vaisselle pas trop amusante..

Le wifi fonctionne extremement mal voir pas du tout. Il a fallu prendre un supplement de forfait internet pour rester connecte aupres de notre operateur telephoniqe.

Nous avons eu par ailleurs la mauvaise surprise de nous faire presenter une facture supplementaire d electricite de 35 euros a la fin du sejour qui n etait pas du tout indiquee dans le descriptif de la location. Nous ne l avons toutefois pas reglee vu tous les desagrements rencontres..

Nous recommandons la region, mais la maison est un peu chere par rapport a la realite des prestations fournie.

Par contre les proprietaire et leur agent immobilier sur place reagissent rapidement a nos remarques..

La piscine communautaire est tres agreable.

Only a stone's throw away from the bustling coastal towns of Moraira and Javea you have always the beautiful view of the sea from your terrace. At the same time you will find here peace and quiet to recover after a day at the beach to get fit for new holiday adventure. Especially in the hot summer months you will appreciate that on the hill of Las Mimosas you get a cool breeze from two coasts , the Costa Blanca and the nearby Costa Azahar , the Orange Garden of Spain. Thanks to this happy circumstance the tourists enjoy the luxury of a natural summer when it is unbearably hot elsewhere. You will love this air, the healthy climate is famous.

The town of Benitachell has a bigger supermarket and several shops, restaurants & bars . Moraira has beside the main beach a secluded sandy beach called "El Portet"- great tapas! Moraira was originally an old fishing village. Meanwhile it offers excellent shops and the opportunity to satisfy the highest demands .

The marina of Moraira is without a doubt one of the finest marinas in the country of Valencia. Year after year it wins the award "blue flag" of the European Union. The town has eight kilometers of coastline with beaches that suit all tastes: open sandy beaches , pebble beaches and rocky coves. The nearest beach is Moraig, only three minutes away by car, with parking and two excellent tapas bars. The beach itself is great for snorkeling, swimming or just relaxing in the sun. The wide, sandy blue flag beach "Arenal" (08 minutes) in Javea is ideal for families with children. There are many restaurants and bars and the Promenade is great for a walk after dinner.

In the area there are five golf courses. The closest course is located on the outskirts of Benitachell, just two kilometers away from the property. Also the "Club de Golf Oliva Nova", designed by Seve Ballesteros, is ideal for most golfers.

You will surely fall in love with the beautiful coastal town of Javea/Xàbia . Xàbia still contains medieval traces, a web of narrow streets with whitewashed façades, arched portals, Gothic windows , wrought iron grills and the peculiar Tosca stones. A walk through the streets allows a glimpse into the past.

In the center of the old town rises the church Iglesia de San Bartolomé from the 14th to the 16th century, a magnificent example of Isabelline Gothic. Here in the church square you can also find two beautiful palace houses, the Palau dels Sapena

(15 c.) and the Casa dels Bolufer (18th-19th c.). Next to the church are the market hall Mercado de Abastos Municipal (1946 ) and the Town Hall Ayuntamiento ( 18C . Reformed in the 20th century . ). Not far away from the curch you can find the Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum Soler Blasco - in the "Palacio de Antonio Banyuls" - a palace from the 17th century. At present the historic center, Xàbia Histórica, is the administrative center of the city. Walking through its streets reveals a number of traditional family shops, tapas bars and other services. A must for the visitor Xàbias is the shopping in the covered market, the Mercado de Abastos Municipal, with food products from the region. In addition, every Thursday takes place the weekly market (Mercadillo) at the Plaza de la Constitucion and Placeta del Convent between 8.30 and 14.00. Throughout the yea rtake place various events and festivals , such as the feasts of Jesus of Nazareth or the spectacular bonfires in June.

It's also worth to make an excursion to the nearby towns of the Costa Azahar. The town of Oliva has 8 km of finest sandy beaches, surrounded by dunes with rich flora and fauna and awarded with the Blue Flag because of the excellent condition of the beaches and its facilities. Accordingly high are the sports facilities with, for example, yacht club, sailing school and the opportunity for kite surfing.

Anreise ist jeweils ab 16 Uhr, nach telefonischer Absprache können nach Möglichkeit auch individuelle Wünsche berücksichtigt werden. Pro Aufenthalt wird für die Endreinigung eine Gebühr von 80 Euro erhoben, die bei der Schlüsselübergabe in bar zu zahlen ist. Die Gäste sind am Abreisetag gebeten, das Haus bis 10 Uhr zu verlassen. Bett- und Badwäsche zum Preis von 15 Euro pro Person und Wechsel kann optional hinzugebucht werden und wäre in diesem Fall ebenfalls in bar bei der Anreise zu zahlen.
