About this property

This is a recently restored, traditional, stone-built farmhouse. Constructed at the beginning of the 20th century, it is situated in the Rural Parc Nuble, at the edge of the village Tasarte, just next to the local bakery. The rooms are opening off a shaded central patio. Each of the two large bedrooms has a double bed and there is also an extra single bed and cot available. Good size shower room, with WC, bidet and hot water from solar heater. Modern kitchen/diner fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Separate, large living room with radio, cd player and television.
Large, south-facing sun terrace looks over the property's own large gardens (pick you breakfast oranges fresh from the tree!) and down the spectacular valley to the Atlantic ocean 10km distant. Barbecue, table, chairs, sunbeds etc.
Off-road parking. All rooms, patio and sun terrace are wheelchair accessible

Two weeks in peace with fabulous mountain views

We (2 adults and 2 girls of 9 and 11) really enjoyed our two weeks of peace and quite in Tasarte. The House is very well functionning, well disposed and proper. The pool area is also very nice and the mountain views fabulous

Great house, private location, great for relaxing with stunning views

The house is set in a valley surrounded by mountains on three sides looking out towards the sea. The house was very clean and had everything that you need. Just me and my wife went, but there is another bedroom in a separate building with little courtyard in between with seating, so would also be good for larger parties. Has lots of outside space with sun loungers in various locations around the garden which itself was lovely to walk around with the many flowers and plants. The pool is quite cold (end of march) but we had great weather so were happy to cool off every day. There is a bakery next door and a supermarket 50metres away so everything that you need is available for a self contained holiday which is exactly what we wanted. There is a nice little restaurant at tasarte beach (about 4miles) that we drove to where the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. It is in the mountains so expect windy roads getting to the property and travelling to other places, but we took our time and enjoyed the views along every bend. We visited Puerto de Morgan (45 minute drive) which was a lovely town, very pretty with such colourful flowers against the bright white buildings, sea is calm here for kids/bathers and lots of restaurants along the sea front. We also went inland to Tejada up the windy mountain roads where views were sublime, looking across to Tenerife on one side, and across to Las Palmas on the other side, with Roque Nublo and other ridges making the scenery spectacular in all directions. Overall, exactly what we wanted from our week holiday, lots of relaxing with a few day trips out to enjoy the scenery and restaurants at the coast.

Cute authentic house

If you are not looking for a hotel or resort experience this is a great house. Jose was very responsive and helpful. There is a store within walking distance up the road where you can get pretty much anything. It is a bit of a drive to the more populated areas on quite curvy roads, but amazing views along the way.

NOT TO BE MISSED!!

If you are looking for somewhere, quiet and perfect this is your place! Me and my husband had the most amazing week here! The pictures don't do it justice. It is in a stunning setting, beautiful views! You have a spa shop for your grocerries a stone throw away. The place is spottlessly clean, there is nothing bad to be said! It's a gem hidden away at a fantastic price too! If you are considering staying here, do it! I promise you will have no regrets at all! Just perfect memories!!!

Ruhig und abgelegen

Es ist eine schöne, kleine Finca. Gut geeignet für Selbstversorger (ein SPAR ist 200 m entfernt). Für Gäste die im Urlaub lieber ins Restaurant gehen möchten, ist das nächstbeste 164 Kurven entfernt (wir haben sie tatsächlich gezählt). Im Außenbereich hatten wir im Winter von 9:30 Uhr bis 18:00 Sonne pur. Im Innenbereich wurde es abends/nachts trotz Ölradiatoren nur bedingt warm. Das surren der Entlüftungsanlage des nebenan befindlichen Bäckers stört nicht sehr. Fazit: Insgsamt haben wir uns in der Finca wohl gefühlt, auch wenn im Detail die Ausstattung ergänzungsfähig ist.
