All garden furniture for the terrace provided.

A very warm south oriented beach is at 7 minutes walking distance. At the main beach and little harbour you have several restaurants and bars. Main shops are at walking distance (12 minutes). Why Clev chose Trebeurden

This very modern house with two large flats was the result of a 5 years lasting research on the whole coast of Brittany from Saint Malo to south of Morbihan. Its definitely with the Dinard area one of the most beautiful places in Brittany and an exceptionnal south exposure in a protected baie. The nature with the sea path on the "pink granit coast" and the small islands is of great beauty. Moreover there are lots of old cities like Lannion, churches and small harbours with sandy beaches close to my place. Its not far from everything as there is an airport at Lannion with daily Air France flights to Paris, car rental as well as train connexions.

What makes this apartment unique

Stunning view on the sea ant the spectacle of pure nature with all conveniences within walking distance or a few kilometers at Lannion (airport, car rental, shops).

Attention la réception WIFI est trop faible pour être utilisable.

Owner's Response: Il s'est avéré que l'amplificateur du signal Wi-Fi installé dans le garage avait été désactivé. Il est donc rétabli maintenant. La réception du signal dépend également de la puissance de l'appareil utilisé : ordinateur, tablette, téléphone.
