For your next vacation I offer you my impressive holiday home on Lake Maggiore in the heart of Ticino.

A Ticino holiday house like from a picture book with a fascinating lake view.

Our house was extensively renovated in 2018 and equipped with new furniture, kitchen, bedroom, etc. The equipment is with solid furniture that was made by carpenters on site. Curtains, tables and hand-made tiles come from a Milan factory.

The entire interior design is implemented in a high-quality Mediterranean style.

The house is located on Lake Maggiore, about 200 m above the resort of Cannero - Riviera, in an absolutely quiet and preferred location.

Well-known towns are in the immediate vicinity.

The idea of the "ideal vacation" can be found here by guests who place varied and sophisticated demands on their vacation.

The house is absolutely quiet in the middle of an enchanting garden with palm trees, cacti and other Mediterranean plants. In addition, an enchanting view of Lake Maggiore and its mountain ranges.

A visit to the countless grottis, osteries and canvettis should not be missed.

Regional delicacies such as pesce in carpione, polenta and coniglio, risotto, minestrone and formaggini are usually served outdoors with a good glass of Merlot.

The sunsets behind the fabulously beautiful landscape are unforgettable. The central location beckons for trips to Milan, Ascona, Locarno and the beautiful islands of Isola Bella, Isola Madre or one of the many valleys.

The house offers about 80 square meters plus a large terrace. There is a living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with loving furnishings.

A private internet connection is free for our guests.

The house is surrounded by a 400 m² Mediterranean garden.

Traumurlaub im Tessin –Cannero

Über das Internet bin ich anhand der tollen Bilder und der hervorragenden Bewertungen auf das hübsche Haus gestossen. Nach 14 wundervollen Tagen kann ich sagen es war ein Voltreffer. Das Haus bezaubernd , die Sicht einmalig , die Ausstattung sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgesstattet, der Garten Idylle pur. Das Haus kann man wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen besonders für Gartenliebhaber und Menschen die auch den Urlaub in einem exlusiven Domizil wünschen.

Traumhaftes Haus für Entspannung und Ruhe

Wer ein ruhiges Anwesen mit einem traumhaftem Ausblick sucht ist hier genau richtig! Man hat einen fantastischen Blick über den See, wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge und viel Ruhe. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr hoher Standard mit allem was man braucht und noch mehr. Die Nähe zum Ort und der Straße ist von Vorteil, aber man hört keinen Lärm. Eine echte Oase zum Entspannen mit 2 Terassen, großem Garten, viel Grün und einer Top-Ausstattung!

Perle im Tessin

Meine Frau und ich verbrachten traumhaft schöne Tage wiederholt in diesem tollen Haus. Die Aussicht und Lage hat uns wieder beeindruckt, wir konnten uns nicht satt sehen. Besonders schätzen wir auch die Nähe zum Dorf. Auch die direkte Parkmöglichkeit ohne muehsame Treppen ist ein grosser Vorteil zu vielen anderen Häusern im Tessin. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort und Haus zum entspannen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wer sich auch im Urlaub finanziell was gönnen kann oder will und das schöne individuelle schätzt kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Bei Interesse am besten kurz die Besitzerin anschreiben und vorstellen dann klappts bestimmt mit dem nächsten Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus.

Beste Sicht vom Lago Maggiore " Geheimtipp"

Das Haus hat meiner Meinung nach die beste Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore eine Steigerung gibt es meiner Meinung nach nicht. Fantastisches Haus mit tollem Garten. Sehr sauber und gemütlich , hochwertig ausgestattet. Schnelles Internet und deutsches TV ist vorhanden. Für Urlauber die hochwertiges Ambiente und stilvolle Ausstattung schätzen sind hier bestens aufgehoben. Hier passt einfach alles. Tipp: Kontakt mit der Vermieterin vor Buchung aufnehmen eine selektive Vermietung findet hier statt Preis & Leistung Top Top
