The apartment is located in a well-kept holiday complex with swimming pool in the tranquil little mountain village of Diano-Evigno, above Diano-Marina, in the middle of the olive groves of the Diano valley. It is 55m² in size, fully furnished and offers with its 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathroom and a large living room with dining area the best conditions for a nice and relaxing holiday. From the approx. 12 m² large south-facing balcony you have a wonderful view through the Diano valley to the azure blue sea.

Schöne Lage und Blick

Der erste Eindruck ist schön. Allerdings muss dringend viele Sachen erneuert bzw. sauber gemacht werden. Überall wo man anfasst, klebt es. Es bringt nichts, in der Küche Gewürze zu haben, die seit 2007/2012 rumliegen. Man hat alles, was man braucht, doch es bringt nichts, wenn man z.B. die Auflagen für die Terassenmöbel nicht benutzen kann, weil es seit Jahren nicht gewaschen wurde. Ich könnte noch vieles hier ergänzen bzw. aufführen. Im Bad ist der WC-Sitz defekt, wenn man duscht, sind die Duschtüren undischt, Badezimmer liegt unter Wasser. Für den Zustand der Ferienwohnung, ist der Mietpreis enorm viel. Alles in einem, haben wir versucht, unsern Urlaub zu genießen. Wir haben in der Wohnung hauptsächlich nur gefrühstückt und geschlafen, selten gekocht, es war vieles unhygienisch. Es muss dringend was gemacht werden, wenn man die Wohnung noch behalten und weiter vermieten möchte. In dem jetzigen Zustand, nicht nochmal.

Schöne saubere Wohnung in einer gepflegten Anlage. Auto unbedingt erforderlich.

Wir verbrachten einen schönen Urlaub mit Ausflügen und Strandtagen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man für einen Familienurlaub braucht. Der Meerblick ist traumhaft. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, weil die Anlage etwas abgelegen, dafür aber sehr ruhig in den Bergen liegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und engagiert und haben uns im Vorfeld mit allen notwendigen Informationen und Empfehlungen versorgt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Gerne immer wieder.

Atemberaubender Meerblick

Diese kleine kuschelige Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sogar Gewürze stehen zur Verfügung. Kaffemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkoscher, kleiner Backofen und drei Gaskochstellen sind dort. Ein großer Pastatopf wäre schön, ging aber auch so. Das Klima in Evigno war immer 2-3 Grad kühler als direkt am Meer und daher sehr angenehm. Im Dorf gibt es einen öffentlichen Pool dort haben wir für 2 Erw. und 2 Kinder, 2 Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm tgl. ca. 15 € gezahlt, es gibt aber auch günstigere Wochentarife. Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick auf das Meer.

Man merkt der Wohnung an das sie von den Besitzern selber genutzt wird. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles da was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich , und haben uns vorab über alles bestens informiert.

Une vue magnifique, mais qui ne fait pas tout

Dès les premiers kilomètres de la petite route qui monte à Evigno, le ton est donné : 9km de route accidentée et où 2 voitures ont beaucoup de mal à se croiser....ça promet une expédition à chaque sortie. Arrivés sur place, personne pour nous accueillir : c'est la première fois en 15 années de location...nous avons eu la chance de croiser la personne qui fait le ménage, car nous sommes arrivés en matinée... L'appartement. La vue sur la baie est magnifique et l'appartement bien agencé. Toutefois,, tout à l’intérieur est vieillot et vieillissant. L'équipement intérieur est plutôt confortable : les lits sont spacieux (attention, le lit double est composé de 2 matelas en 90...prévoir un drap de 180...nous avons dû en acheter un le jour de notre arrivée). La salle de douche, bien que petite a fait l'affaire : attention tout de même, la douche est petite.... L'équipement cuisine est obsolète : la vaisselle est usagée jusqu'à l'os (la poêle est bonne à jeter), il n'y à pas de casserole (juste une cruche en inox) mais que des gamelles. Le mini four est dans un état très moyen avec un bouton qui est tombé tout seul dès le premier soir... Pas de micro onde !...ce n'est pourtant pas un luxe. Le complexe...bah, c'est là qu'est la mauvaise surprise...même si au final, seul Homeholidays est responsable de la déconvenue. La piscine n'est pas en accès libre (il faut réserver pour avoir une chance d'avoir un transat) et pire l'accès est payant !...et çà, ce n'était pas indiqué dans l'annonce sur le site Homeholidays...alors que c'est indiqué dur le site original (fewo-direkt.de) sur lequel a été publiée l'annonce (et qui appartient au même groupe que Homeholidays)... Le vrai problème qui a entraîné du stress, c'est la barrière de la langue et cette incompréhension qui a valu des échanges de mails interminables. Nous n'avons donc pas pu bénéficier à notre guise de cette piscine...alors que c'est un critère principal dans le choix de la location. L'accueil à la piscine a été froid les premiers jours...toujours le problème de langue...mais s'est détendu avec le temps....pour devenir sympathique la deuxième semaine. On peut y manger (snack/salades/pâtes) et y boire un coup jusqu'à 22/23 heures. Concernant les plages les plus proches (Diano Marina, Imperia, etc...) : attention la majorité des plages sont privées et il faut rouler encore plus pour en trouver des grandes publiques. Séjour mitigé au final où la beauté du pays à contrasté avec les désagréments.
