The modern built penthouse apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace with beautiful sea view and also a private roof terrace on the 10th Floor with a summer kitchen, barbecue and shower. The apartment has direct access to the underground garage.

In front of the apartment there is a large private swimming pool and a recreational park. There are kilometers of sandy beaches a few hundreds metres away.

Behind the complex you can enjoy a beautiful nature park with salt lagoons and bike paths.

The facility is located only 30 minutes from Alicante airport and Murcia Airport.

The location is well connected. All amenities are within walking distance.

Amazing high end apartment with fantastic pool and sea views!!

We have just arrived home from a week in this lovely apartment. Alex who met us and was happy to show us around the complex and apartment when we arrived. The apartment is lovely, very clean and modern with a high end feel but it's the balcony and terrace where you'll prob spend most of your time both of which offer fabulous views. We would def consider staying in this apartment again should we return to La Mata, missing it already. Most things are in walking distance and regular bus service if you don't have a hire car. Security in the grounds/apartment/car park all very good. Air con fantastic and we have def needed that in the last few nights. All in all a lovely place with a real spanish charm, fantastic beaches an ideal chilled holiday when your looking to unwind, perfect!!

You really won't find a better place to stay in Mata

I've stayed in la mata a number of times over the past twenty years, and this apartment is the best of the bunch. I literally can't fault it.....and I have pretty high standards.

Firstly it's location. For those of you who haven't been to this resort before, the apartment couldn't be any closer to the beach or all the restaurants and bars. We amble around and I'd say walking to the beach took us a maximum of five minutes, and that's from closing our apartment door. It is situated near the A332 and a stones throw from the bus stop, so perfect if you want to get the bus from Alicante bus station. It is also half a block from all the main transport routes to surrounding towns. It's set in a spotlessly clean, modern, eco complex, served by a pool, sunbathing lawns and coded access to the grounds. So you know you're as safe as can be. I was amazed how quiet it seemed, even with lots of other guests staying.

Our host Alex met us at the apartment. He was prompt and so friendly with all email queries before we flew, and he didn't disappoint in person either. Nothing was too much trouble and he took time to show us everything in the apartment, the roof terrace, the underground parking and storage unit. I've never known an apartment so well equipped!! It had everything from a fully equipped kitchen to beach sundries, it even had laundry detergent and conditioner for you to use. This is most definitely a turn key property with eveything included, so no having to go out and buy a thing.

Just like the complex, the apartment was immaculate, comfortable and very spacious. The main bedroom was light and airy with a fabulous ensuite, double shower, full sized vanity, toilet and hairdryer. The lounge was equipped with a large sofa, state of the art tv and plenty of storage, as was the second bedroom and kitchen. The balcony that leads off the lounge has sun most of the day and overlooks the sea......just perfect. Up a flight of stairs and you are onto the biggest, private sun terrace I've seen!! It's high walled with a brick built bbq, shower and a great selection of patio furniture. It's a real sun trap, from morning til the setting sun disappears behind the building. The WiFi was strong and fast, and the solar powered water was always hot.

On leaving, Alex wasn't too well so his mum met us and gave us back or deposit. Our energy consumption for 11 days, for two adults worked out at around €1.50 a day which again, is fantastic value. 10/10 without a doubt.

Ático perfecto y muy bien situado

Hemos estado del 2 al 9 de septiembre un matrimonio con dos niños de 7 y 4 años de edad.

El piso alucinante, perfecta situación, muy tranquilo y la comunidad perfecta.

Quedamos con Álex a las 12 para entrar, no poniendo do ningún tipo de problema. Nos enseñó el piso, el cual tiene también solárium, plaza de parking y trastero, esto último nos ha venido muy bien pues llegábamos de la playa y todos los trastos los dejábamos ahí.

El piso tiene todas las comodidades, limpio y muy luminoso y a pesar que la electricidad no entra en el precio, solo fueron 10 euros.

Al dejar el piso lo hicimos a las 18 horas y tampoco pusieron problemas.

Todo perfecto, tanto la estancia como el piso.

Sehr schön und zentral gelegenes Feriendomizil

Sehr schöne, helle und moderne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaften Meerblick. Private großzügige Dachterrasse lädt zum sonnen und verweilen ein mit gemauertem Grill, Sonnenliegen, Dusche, Waschbecken, Tischgarnitur und Ampelschirm. Eingefriedete Wohnanlage mit Swimmingpool, schöner Liegewiese und Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Abstellraum für Fahrräder und Strandliegen im Tiefgaragenbereich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Anlage und in der Ferienwohnung gefühlt!
