Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location

We stayed here in the last week of Feb. The apartment is just as the pictures show. Great design, extremely clean with fantastic views. The apartment has everything you need and the owners are extremely responsive. There is some road noise but this did not disturb us at all. There is also great sounds of waves from the sea! The local Martinez pools are incredible and only a 5 minute walk away. The sea front of Peurto dr la cruz is an incredible walk. Breathtaking views. Pool of the complex is well maintained and a nice spot to sun bath.

Lovely little apartment

This is a really nice studio apartment. Obviously being a studio it is not large but it has been really well fitted out and is modern and clean. The kitchen is excellent, one of the best equipped kitchens we have found in a holiday apartment. It had just about everything; my only suggestions are more tea towels and a tray would be useful additions. The photos give an accurate impression of the apartment.

Puerto de la Cruz is possibly the nicest resort on Tenerife and is an excellent location if you want to go walking on the island. This studio is within easy walking distance of all the local facilities: the town centre, shops, restaurants, beach, tourist information centre etc.

The apartment block is a former hotel so the ground floor is now unused and the former hotel rooms have been sold to make separate apartments. When we were there there were obviously plenty of other people around as we met them in the lobby and lifts but the complex was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise from other flats. We didn't use the communal pool etc so cannot comment on them.

Any downsides? My main complaint is that the owners did not put any information on the HomeAway website nor leave any information in the apartment (apart from the instruction booklets for the kitchen appliances). I had to phone HomeAway to find out the actual address and check in arrangements. There were no directions, information on communal facilities or local town facilities. We had to find things out for ourselves e.g. where the rubbish bins were. I think all this information should be provided on the website - HomeAway do advertise that it will be available but not in this case.

The garage in the underground parking is an essential if you have a car as there is nowhere to park on the street nearby, manoeuvring can be tight if the other spaces are in use. One day we returned to find the street blocked off due to a carnival and the nearest place we could find to park was about a mile away up a steep hill. As we came to Tenerife to walk this was only an inconvenience for us but if someone had mobility difficulties it would have been a real problem. Obviously this is a rare occurrence and the carnival itself was very enjoyable to watch but we think this is the sort of local information the owners should have provided as if we had known we would have re- arranged our plans.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to stay in, we really enjoyed our time there

Very comfortable and a Perfect location!

Kerstin's apartment was perfectly located in Puerto de la Cruz - just a minutes walk from many restaurants, shopping, the Costa Martianez pools, a small beach and much much more! On top of that, the apartment is very comfortable and modern, with stunning views (I was also very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with everything we needed to prepare food at home!), and she even provided beach towels for us to use. Kerstin was also very helpful and responsive and made our stay very easy and perfect. We would definitely stay here again when we return and would recommend it to anyone visiting the island!

Ideal und Stadtnahe

Die Wohnung war für das, was wir in "Spanien" kennen sehr schön. Gut wir haben vorher nie bessere gesehen. War aber nicht die erste Wohnung. Wir waren zuvor in 5-6 weiteren Wohnungen in Puerto und diese war mit Abstand die schönste. Sie ist etwas zu klein, wenn man zuhause bleiben möchte, da wir aber jeden Tag was unternommen haben, war die Grösse ausreichend. Die Vermieter sind echt nett und zuvorkommend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir die Wohnung bestimmt wieder buchen. Wir wünschen den Vermietern noch alles Gute für die Zukunft... bis bald

Immer wieder gerne!!! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Apartment! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, und da wir erst sehr spät angekommen sind, wurden wir auch mit dem Nötigsten versorgt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und im 1A zustand. Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen und haben uns rund um wohlgefühlt. Ich kann dieses Apartment nur empfehlen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tolles, neu renoviertes Appartment in grandioser Lage. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Wir haben eine Wanderwoche auf Teneriffa verbracht und dafür war die Wohnung perfekt! Man kann abends in wenigen Minuten an der Promenade entlang gemütlich Richtung Altstadt schlendern oder sich durch die unzähligen Supermärkte in Laufweite auch super selbst verpflegen. Ein Traum ist natürlich der Tiefgaragenparkplatz, da die Parkplatzsuche hier sonst ein Drama wäre.

Bei unserer Ankunft hat sich Kerstin, die Vermieterin sehr viel Zeit genommen um

uns in Ruhe alles zu erklären und zu zeigen und wir haben auch einige gute Restaurant Tipps für die Umgebung erhalten.

Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Bildern und uns hat besonders gefallen, dass alles neu und sauber war. Da wir auch selbst gekocht haben, war die gut ausgerüstete Küche sehr hilfreich!

Dass man in einer solchen Stadtwohnung auch entsprechenden Stadtlärm hat, das bleibt leider nicht aus.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden definitiv wiederkommen!

This luxury studio apartment is right at the beginning of the promenade of Puerto de la Cruz, located by the sea and the beach. It has a beautiful balcony and a lovely view. The studio has a parking space in the underground garage right in the building.

It is less than a 5-minute walk to the shopping mall and town centre with its promenade.

The free train to Loro Parque stops nearby. It's just 3 minutes to the seafront casino that is situated on an island in the saltwater pool called Lago Martianez.
