It has a high-quality wall-folding bed (1.6x2 metres), which can be folded up during the day. The studio also offers a shower room (with everything at floor level), as well as a fully-equipped modern kitchen, with an oven, induction hob, microwave, etc.

The sofa can also easily be folded out into a sofa bed.

What makes this condo unique

Parking places in these kinds of buildings are hard to find or expensive, so the included parking spot is worth its weight in gold. The proximity to the promenade, its beautiful shops and restaurants, and the beach and sea are simply marvellous. You don't need to drive or walk far to reach all the attractions; even stores are right around the corner.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location

We stayed here in the last week of Feb. The apartment is just as the pictures show. Great design, extremely clean with fantastic views. The apartment has everything you need and the owners are extremely responsive. There is some road noise but this did not disturb us at all. There is also great sounds of waves from the sea! The local Martinez pools are incredible and only a 5 minute walk away. The sea front of Peurto dr la cruz is an incredible walk. Breathtaking views. Pool of the complex is well maintained and a nice spot to sun bath.

Overall an fantastic holiday!

Lovely little apartment

This is a really nice studio apartment. Obviously being a studio it is not large but it has been really well fitted out and is modern and clean. The kitchen is excellent, one of the best equipped kitchens we have found in a holiday apartment. It had just about everything; my only suggestions are more tea towels and a tray would be useful additions. The photos give an accurate impression of the apartment.

Puerto de la Cruz is possibly the nicest resort on Tenerife and is an excellent location if you want to go walking on the island. This studio is within easy walking distance of all the local facilities: the town centre, shops, restaurants, beach, tourist information centre etc.

The apartment block is a former hotel so the ground floor is now unused and the former hotel rooms have been sold to make separate apartments. When we were there there were obviously plenty of other people around as we met them in the lobby and lifts but the complex was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise from other flats. We didn't use the communal pool etc so cannot comment on them.

Any downsides? My main complaint is that the owners did not put any information on the HomeAway website nor leave any information in the apartment (apart from the instruction booklets for the kitchen appliances). I had to phone HomeAway to find out the actual address and check in arrangements. There were no directions, information on communal facilities or local town facilities. We had to find things out for ourselves e.g. where the rubbish bins were. I think all this information should be provided on the website - HomeAway do advertise that it will be available but not in this case.

The garage in the underground parking is an essential if you have a car as there is nowhere to park on the street nearby, manoeuvring can be tight if the other spaces are in use. One day we returned to find the street blocked off due to a carnival and the nearest place we could find to park was about a mile away up a steep hill. As we came to Tenerife to walk this was only an inconvenience for us but if someone had mobility difficulties it would have been a real problem. Obviously this is a rare occurrence and the carnival itself was very enjoyable to watch but we think this is the sort of local information the owners should have provided as if we had known we would have re- arranged our plans.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to stay in, we really enjoyed our time there

Very comfortable and a Perfect location!

Kerstin's apartment was perfectly located in Puerto de la Cruz - just a minutes walk from many restaurants, shopping, the Costa Martianez pools, a small beach and much much more! On top of that, the apartment is very comfortable and modern, with stunning views (I was also very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with everything we needed to prepare food at home!), and she even provided beach towels for us to use. Kerstin was also very helpful and responsive and made our stay very easy and perfect. We would definitely stay here again when we return and would recommend it to anyone visiting the island!

mit Schallisolierung würden wir eventuell erneut mieten....

Die Wohnung war neu und angenehm eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr modern und auch gut ausgestattet. Ein Toaster soll noch nachgerüstet werden... Das Bett hatte eine gute und durchgehende Matratze, Wechselbettwäsche war auch vorhanden. Auch Handtücher und Reinigungsmittel waren genügend da. Man musste also nicht los um eine Grundausstattung einzukaufen.

Ein großer Vorteil ist natürlich der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. In dieser Gegend ist das Parken doch schwierig.

Leider fehlte die Waschmaschine. Das war uns bei der Übergabe nicht gleich aufgefallen und anrufen wollten wir dann auch nicht. Für unseren Aufenthalt hatten wir die Möglichkeit einer kleinen Wäsche eingeplant.

Das Haus war früher ein Hotel, jetzt wohnen dort Mieter und Urlauber. Wir haben das Haus als relativ ruhig empfunden. Unsere Nachbarn haben wir zwar auch mal gehört (sie uns sicher auch), aber das gehört dazu und nachts war es immer ruhig. Den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, er ist aber gut angelegt und bei anderen Temperaturen hätten wir uns dort auch vergnügt. Die Anlage wirkte auf uns sauber und gepflegt.

Es wäre also alles super, wenn die Wohnung schallisoliert wäre. Leider ist die Brandung trotz der seitlichen Lage sehr laut zu hören. Der Verkehr ist in der Nacht gering, stört also nicht weiter. Die Brandung hat aber keine Nachtruhe. Auch bei geschlossener Balkontür ist es noch ziemlich laut. Wir haben uns in den 9 Tagen nicht wirklich daran gewöhnt und haben dann auch nicht auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Die Aussicht ist schön, früh hat man ab 9 Uhr Sonne, aber es war laut, denn am Tag ist die Straße auch wieder gut befahren.

Durch die gute Lage, die Einrichtung und die Tiefgarage würden wir mit Schallisolierung und Waschmaschiene die Wohnung eventuell erneut mieten.

Owner's Response: Direkt am Meer ist Meeresrauschen - üblich oder?? Waschmaschine ist im Gebäude inkl. Trockner vorhanden zum Allgemeinen Gebrauch - Münzgerät. Toaster steht den Gästen bereits zur Verfügung.

This luxury studio apartment is right at the beginning of the promenade of Puerto de la Cruz, located by the sea and the beach. It has a beautiful balcony and a lovely view. The studio has a parking space in the underground garage right in the building.

It is less than a 5-minute walk to the shopping mall and town centre with its promenade.

The free train to Loro Parque stops nearby. It's just 3 minutes to the seafront casino that is situated on an island in the saltwater pool called Lago Martianez.
