This unit has a contemporary tropical design enveloped in soothing colors, high quality finishes, furnishings, linens, and decor.

This location is perfect to begin your island exploration. Long beach walks and ocean fun are awaiting your arrival directly in front of this complex. Exceptional views extend the length of the beach to Makena Hill and out to islands of Molokini and Kahoolawe. You will have quick access to beach, pool, and on-site services. This unit has air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, two flat screen TVs, cable, Wi Fi, two king beds or choose option for two singles in the second bedroom; two full bathrooms, generously equipped kitchen, and long lanai (balcony). The kitchen seats four around the island, and the lanai has two bar height tables and 4 bar height chairs that provide you with another space to enjoy relaxing moments and meals.

Front master bedroom is open to the living room. There are two inside locking doors; which establishes privacy from the second bedroom area..

You have the option to reserve the unit without the second bedroom if you do not need the space and would like to economize.

The second bed/bath is NOT reserved separately as a hotel room.

NOTE: During Peak Season, we prefer to reserve the entire unit.

*This unit is designed to comfortably accommodate four occupants plus one child in crib or cot. No sofa sleeper. If you need a crib or other child equipment, we will direct you to reputable rental providers.

Keawakapu Beach is known as one of the best swimming and snorkeling areas on Maui due to calmer waves and variety of sea life.

You have many choices for activities: such as kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, lounging, biking, scuba, snorkeling excursions, sunset and whale watching tours. The activities desk will assist with information about what is being offered on the island during your stay as well as booking events, tours, golf, tennis, zip lining, luaus and more.

BEACH TOWELS: Our inventory includes all linens and towels- please return to unit -not front desk. .

LAUNDRY: 2 large capacity washers and 2 dryers are located across from the elevators. Tokens for machines are $3.00 - available at front desk.

POOL: The on-site pool and slate deck with waterfall feature are surrounded by a glass barrier with two entry/exit gates. There are lounges and tables in pool area and lounges on the beachfront grass and palm tree landscape.

THE 5 PALMS RESTAURANT: Open breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour.

ACTIVITIES DESK: Convenience for reserving your activity choices.

THE SURF SHACK: On site rental services for beach equipment, water and sport activities. Inventory includes chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, surf and wave boards, bicycles, snorkeling gear, etc.

ZACKS DELI and Convenience Store: located on the lobby terrace level offers snacks, sandwiches, wraps, salads, lunch/dinner ala carte foods, water, ice, coffee, full assortment of sodas and drinks, gifts, supplies, toiletries, sunscreen, beach wear, beach accessories and toys, etc.

BBQ AREA located on the east lawn area. Reserve time at front desk..

Yoga classes by Yoga Path: there is a charge.

NEARBY: This Kihei/Wailea area has a multitude of other restaurant choices. Within one to five mile access to: golf courses, tennis, shopping, boutiques, art galleries, world famous resorts and spas that offer services and events.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Applies to both Value and Peak Seasons.

Notification of cancellation is required 60 days prior to arrival. On-time notification will result in a full refund, minus an administration fee of ten per cent of total rents paid plus 13.42% tax.

When cancellation occurs 31 to 59 days prior to arrival, refund will consist of 50% of rents and applicable tax, clean fees, and security deposit.

If cancellation occurs 30 days or less of arrival date, there will be no refund. There is exception if some or all of the dates you have cancelled are re-booked. A prorated refund will then be made including clean fee, security deposit, minus 10% of total rents plus tax.

Guests who depart during their stay will not receive a refund.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY: In order to maintain this condo in pristine condition, an inspection is conducted at depart clean.

The following items will be checked carefully:

1. Damage obviously beyond normal wear and tear to this condominium unit such as, but not restricted to:walls, floors, furnishings, appliances, counters, cabinetry, doors, windows, screens, décor accessories, drapery, mirrors, wall art, linens, towels, blankets, and pillows.

2. Complete Inventory.

3. Additional items that may affect the Security Deposit Refund are:

a. Items left behind will be mailed the costs will be deducted - includes a service fee and mailing costs. Receipt provided.

b. *Excessive Laundry – more than 6 loads is beyond scope of the clean fee. (one load means 1 wash and 1 dry).

c. *Excessive Time needed to perform depart clean: 4 hours is allotted per depart clean fee.

d. Stains: Stains that require *special treatment and *time to treat. This applies to all linens, towels, pillows, pillow cases and shams, accent pillows, bedspreads, blankets, rugs/carpet and drapery.

e. Dry Cleaning Expense when *soil or *staining cannot be removed by our clean service.

f. Any outside professional clean and/or repair services deemed necessary to resolve *damages, *excessive soiling of flooring, carpet, furnishings, and drapery; which cannot be performed by Maui Cleaning Services.

*Note: The terms indicated by the asterisk* mean “beyond normal wear and tear.” In reference to cleaning, these terms mean more than time covered by the clean fees. These terms do not refer to the interval deep cleans and regular maintenance, or professional services that are part of the regular care of this vacation property.

The beach is inviting for first time ocean activities and for more experienced snorkelers and wave boarders! There is something for everyone whether you are adventurous or a sun worshiper that prefers to lounge or walk for miles on the sand.

Favorite features: only a few steps to the sands and ocean, the pool, the on site restaurant, and another popular restaurant nearby; the convenience store, lounging on the grassy landscape and enjoying the sunset are just the beginning. of all there is to do. Other favorites are: drifting off to sleep and waking to the sound of ocean waves and the unforgettable views. This location is convenient to nearby shopping, multitude of restaurants, golf courses, sightseeing, and other resorts" activities. We absolutely LOVED this spot! The unit itself is absolutely pristine, beautifully decorated, fabulous views, nice building, convenient location, restaurant and convenience store in building. We had the best time, the beach is calm at least half the day usually, we went every morning to the beach and did lots of other activities too. It was such a comfortable place to stay, plenty of room for us and our teen daughter. Highly recommend!

This unit was everything we ever wanted and more!!

This condo is absolutely beautiful! We walked in the beach everyday & witnessed the sunset every evening. My husband & son fished on the rocks right below our unit!! Kitchen had everything we needed - a home away from home that allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals when dining out got to be too much hassle. We enjoyed the snorkeling and endless sand right outside!

There is some construction that went on near our unit that was audible but we didn't stay in our unit for most of the day- we spend our time touring the island. Kihei is a wonderful little town. We had a chance to visit Hana through the eyes of someone who is from there.

I will definitely come back to this beautifully decorated unit in the future!!! I appreciated it being very clean because I'm a neat freak myself. My teenagers loved having their own space and my husband and I had our privacy!

There is intermittent work happening in the building - due to be completed in August and September. We do not know in advance when it will be audible or not; but they do their best not to be invasive.

This was one of our family's favorite condo stays. It's beautifully decorated and right on a fantastic beach. We were surprised at how fine the sand is. Every amenity has been considered for your comfort. The property itself is also well kept and employees are cheerful. Great place to vacation. It doesn't hurt that there is a resident turtle or two that hang out very close to shore. Snorkeling here is great fun.

We had a wonderful stay at 204 Mana Kai. Mana Kai is located on the beautiful Keawakapu beach, which offers great swimming and long beach walks in a beautiful setting. The beach is just a few steps from the building. Unit 204 has been tastefully renovated and decorated. It is equipped with everything you may need, and offers amazing views of the beach and ocean. Highly recommended!

Beautiful condo with a fantastic view. Couldn't get any closer to the water.

We loved our accommodations. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The view was fabulous as we watched whales pass by. Excellent snorkeling directly in front of the Mana Kai. It was delightful. Some early morning noise from the restaurant below, but if you're an early riser, by 7:00 am, it wasn't a problem.

Owner's Response: This is the best time of the year to catch views of the whales. We strive to have all you need to be comfortable, whether eating in or out. There is a sound proofing terrace roof - and usually you will not be disturbed with the sliding balcony doors closed. We hope you will visit us again very soon! Return visitors always receive a thank you rate reduction of five per cent.

On site: The Five Palms restaurant serves all meals and happy hour. Zack's deli and convenience store supplies variety of drinks, water, ice, prepared ala carte dishes, snacks, salads, and sandwiches as well as grocery items and sundries. You have access to activity desk to reserve your adventures. Boat ramp is walking distance for access to several excursions. Another popular beach side restaurant is within walking distance. Watch whales from your lanai/balcony, during the season. Certain water activities are prohibited during 'whale season'. Enjoy beautiful beachfront lawn area to play and relax. The pool is located just to he right of lobby exit on beach side surrounded by glass enclosure. Yoga classes by Yoga Path at ocean level of the Mana Kai. (There is a charge for classes) . Rent your surf board, kayak, paddle board, snorkeling gear, or bicycle on site at the Surf Shack. They also have beach chairs and umbrellas for rent.
