This unit has a contemporary tropical design in soothing colors, with high quality furnishings, finishes, and linens; accessorized with tasteful and stylish decor.

You are only a few steps away from a multitude of activities, the on site services, fitness and business center, pool and palm tree landscape edging the sand of the beach directly in front of you. Exceptional views from the balcony extend the length of the beach to Makena Hill and sights of Molokini and Kahoolawe Islands. Air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, two flat screen TVs, cable, free Wi Fi, two king beds, with the option for two singles in the second bedroom; two full bathrooms, generously equipped kitchen, and large lanai (balcony). The kitchen seats four around the island, and the lanai has two bar height tables and 4 bar height chairs that provide another dining area..

Front master bedroom is open to the living room. There are two inside locking doors; establishing privacy from the second bedroom area..

**NOTE: DURING PEAK SEASON, WE RESERVE THE ENTIRE CONDOMINIUM- AND THE RATE REMAINS AT 495.00. (if you do not to use the second bedroom and bath area, this will not engage a refund or reduction of nightly rate) Peak Season begins each year on April 15; ending on December 14th.

*This unit is designed to comfortably accommodate four occupants plus one child in crib or cot. No sofa sleeper. If you need a crib or other child/baby equipment, we will be happy to direct you to reputable rental providers.

IN VALUE SEASON, We make available, the OPTION OF RESERVING THE FRONT MAIN AREA ONLY, for those who do not need a second bedroom. The front main area includes: ONE KING, FULL BATH, KITCHEN, LIVING, LARGE BALCONY, OCEAN AND BEACH VIEWS.


Long beach walks are a favorite activity. Keawakapu Beach is known as one of the best swimming and snorkeling areas on Maui due to calmer waves and variety of sea life.

BEACH TOWELS: Our inventory includes all linens and towels- please return to unit -not front desk. .

LAUNDRY: 2 large capacity washers and 2 dryers are located across from the elevators. Tokens for machines are $3.00 - available at front desk.

FRONT DESK SERVICES INCLUDE: Parking permits, tokens for laundry machines, printing boarding passes, assistance with general questions. POOL: The on-site pool has a slate deck with waterfall feature, is surrounded by a glass barrier with two entry/exit gates, lounges and tables there and lounges on the beachfront grass landscape.

THE 5 PALMS RESTAURANT: Open breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour.

ACTIVITIES DESK: located on Ocean side of lobby. Plan and reserve your activities. Ask about snorkeling excursions, sunset and whale watching tours, diving, deep sea fishing, golf, tennis, Luaus, and current local events.

THE SURF SHACK: On site rental services for beach equipment, water and sport activities. Inventory includes chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, surf and wave boards, bicycles, snorkeling gear, and more.

ZACKS DELI and Convenience Store: located on the lobby terrace level offers snacks, sandwiches, wraps, salads, lunch/dinner ala carte foods, water, ice, coffee, full assortment of drinks, gifts, supplies, toiletries, sunscreen, beach wear, beach accessories and toys, etc.

BBQ AREA: located on the east lawn area. Reserve usage time at front desk..

Yoga classes by Yoga Path located on ground level, ocean side entrance: there is a charge.


OFFICE AREA: Lower Level

NEARBY: This Kihei/Wailea area has a multitude of restaurant choices. Another popular beach side restaurant is a few steps away. Within one to five miles: golf courses, tennis, shopping, boutiques, art galleries, world famous resorts and spas that offer services and events.

HomeAway now adds a Service Fee for which they provide 24 hour customer services and certain guarantees. Please call them for details or click on Help within their website.

A reservation made 60 days or less prior to arrival date is due in full.. Reservations made in advance 90 days or more, may make installment payments. The last payment installment is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Your entry code will be provided 30 days prior to arrival. It will be posted under your reservation in the vrbo.com Hospitality section and on your Guest Information document, which will be emailed to you. The document will include contact and reference information for your stay.

DEPART CLEAN fee is automatically added. One Mid-clean is added for six to 13 night stay, two mid-cleans are required for 14-21 night stay, and three are required during a four week stay. Mid cleans include complete clean of unit with change of towels and linens.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Applies to both Value and Peak Seasons.

Notification of cancellation is required 60 days prior to arrival. On-time notification will result in a full refund, minus an administration fee of ten per cent of total rents paid plus tax. (Hawaii TA tax 10.25 per cent and GE 4.166 per cent)

When cancellation occurs 31 to 59 days prior to arrival, refund will consist of 50% of rents and applicable tax, clean fees, and security deposit.

If cancellation occurs 30 days or less of arrival date, there will be no refund. There is exception if some or all of the dates you have cancelled are re-booked. A prorated refund will then be made including clean fee, security deposit, minus 10% of total rents plus tax.

Guests who depart during their stay will not receive a refund.


SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY: In order to maintain this condo in pristine condition, an inspection is conducted at depart clean.

The following items will be checked carefully:

1. Damage obviously beyond normal wear and tear to this condominium unit such as, but not restricted to:walls, floors, furnishings, appliances, electronics, counters, cabinetry, doors, windows, screens, décor accessories, drapery, mirrors, wall art, lamps, lighting fixtures, linens, towels, blankets, and pillows.

2. Complete Inventory.

3. Additional items that may affect the Security Deposit Refund are:

a. Items left in unit: When requested, we will mail them. Costs will be deducted which incude a service fee and mailing costs. Receipt provided.

b. *Excessive Laundry – more than 6 loads are beyond scope of the clean fee.

c. *Excessive Time needed to perform depart clean: Not beyond four hours.

d. Stains that require *special treatment and/or *time to treat": applies to all linens, towels, pillows, pillow cases and shams, accent pillows, bedspreads, blankets, mattress pads and mattresses, rugs/carpet and drapery, and other surfaces such as counter tops, stove.

e. Dry Cleaning Expense when *soil or *staining cannot be removed by our clean service.

f. Any outside professional clean and/or repair services deemed necessary to resolve *damages, *excessive soiling of flooring, carpet, furnishings, mattresses, and drapery; which cannot be performed by Maui Cleaning Services.

*Note: The terms indicated by the asterisk* mean “beyond normal wear and tear.” do not refer to the interval deep cleans and regular maintenance, or professional services that are part of the regular care of this vacation property.

In our opinion our Unit 204 and the Mana Kai Maui Resort offers the best value encompassing the Maui experience combining breathtaking views, ambience, convenience, comforts of home, and versatility of the location. You have a multitude of experiences at your fingertips There is something for everyone. The beach is inviting for a first time ocean experience as well as for the seasoned scuba divers, snorkelers and wave boarders! If this is your first exposure to the ocean, please note safety information available at the resort front desk and ask local people, in the know, how to enter and exit the waves.

Favorite features of this property are that it is just a few steps to the waves, the pool, two restaurants, convenience store, lounging on the large lawn area, enjoying sunsets and whales in season from the lanai. This is just the beginning. of all there is to do. Long beach walks are a favorite activity as the beach extends for more than a mile and leads to pathways and more beaches to see lined with beautiful views in every direction. We enjoy drifting off to sleep and waking to the sound of the waves with the unforgettable views waiting to greet us. You are convenient to world class shops, art galleries, restaurants, and other resorts that offer much to see and do. Do you love golf or tennis? You are located near several courses and a tennis club. There is access to a marina a short walk away; for those sunset sails and other boat tours you want to experience. .

Perfect condo in a perfect location - paradise!!

My family has stayed in unit 204 at the Mana Kai for the past 4 years, and we will never stay anywhere else! We have had consistent, wonderful service from the property manager, Sylvia, and even from the owner, Barry Smith, himself when there was a minor issue with the cable service. The condo itself is gorgeous, well maintained, well stocked and CLEAN; and the view is absolutely stunning - we saw at least 7 whales from the lanai during our stay! Great location for families, couples, honeymooners and friends.

This condo is absolutely amazing in every sense. It’s immaculate and beautifully decorated throughout the entire unit. The view of the ocean is stunning, loved being able to watch the sunrise every morning from the balcony. Will definitely book here again, you have everything you need at this resort!

Very nicely decorated with a very nice and warm feeling. The unit is very well located right on the beach. Great snorkel (sea turtles included!) SUP rentals, very nice beach. We will definitely return!

On site: The Five Palms restaurant serves all meals and happy hour. Zack's deli and convenience store supplies variety of drinks, water, ice, prepared ala carte dishes, snacks, salads, and sandwiches as well as grocery items and sundries. You have access to activity desk to reserve your adventures. Boat ramp is walking distance for access to several excursions. Another popular beach side restaurant is within walking distance. Watch whales from your lanai/balcony, during the season. Certain water activities are prohibited during 'whale season'. Enjoy beautiful beachfront lawn area to play and relax. The pool is located just to he right of lobby exit on beach side surrounded by glass enclosure. Yoga classes by Yoga Path at ocean level of the Mana Kai. (There is a charge for classes) . Rent your surf board, kayak, paddle board, snorkeling gear, or bicycle on site at the Surf Shack. They also have beach chairs and umbrellas for rent.
