This charming flat, built in 2009, is located within a well-appreciated gated residential complex in Las Marinas de Dénia, only 200 metres from the beautiful sandy beach. Situated on the first floor and accessible via lift, the flat faces the well-kept Mediterranean garden and the communal pool. It comprises a bright living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three cosy bedrooms and two well laid out bathrooms. From the terrace, you can enjoy lovely views of the pool and the majestic Montgó mountain. In addition, the property includes a reserved parking space for your convenience.

All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0.30 €/kWh.
On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and on the day of departure the same.
Internet is available free of charge.
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
There is also a rental deposit of 200 € by cash/card
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.

Vacaciones en Dénia

Buena experiencia. Apartamento muy cómodo, cercano a la playa y con piscina. Zona muy tranquila. Se puede aparcar muy fácil y tiene también una plaza dentro. La playa de Les Marines está muy bien pero si quieres ir al centro/puerto son 5 km así que mejor ir en coche.

Gute Lage, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit kurze Wege zum Strand, ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wohnung ist okay, solle allerdings auf neue „Stand“ gebracht werden.
