About this property

The house is absolutely quiet in a green area on a small stream. It is level and easily accessible. It actually consists of 2 smaller houses with a central entrance. The sleeping area and the bathroom are in the old house, the new building contains the kitchen and the living and dining area. A spacious wooden terrace right by the stream invites you to stay outdoors. It is heated by an air heat pump so that the property can also be rented in winter.
The house has been rented out since mid-2015, and the annex was only completed in 2015. The facility dates from the same year.
Parking is in the public area, but absolutely no problem.

Lovely house

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The living room is bright and airy, there was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. The ouside terrace with the little stream offers a lovely place to sit and relax, and have a BBQ. I would say, to keep in mind: upstairs bedroom is not really suitable for smaller children because the stairs are very steep. Fine for adults and older children.

Old wash house

Unusual and lovely building in a pretty village. Park in village for children to play and a large stream to paddle. Easy access up the valley for visiting deeper into the Black Forest. Husband loved doing all the jigsaws!

Cosy accommodation in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Schopfheim. The location and surroundings are beautiful and the accommodation is very cosy with comfortable beds and good duvets and pillows. Great fire and the logs are provided. Kitchen very easy to use with all the essentials you need. We enjoyed exploring the local area with our dogs and found it very easy to get to Freiburg. We drove and used the park and ride which was very straight forward. We would love to visit again. Thank you for having us.

Liebevolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten mit unseren Freunden ein schönes Wochenende. Das Waschhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Küche. Die Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe war sehr herzlich. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und perfekt für Spaziergänge in der Natur. Wirklich zu empfehlen.
