The apartment Bermuda Beach 1 is located right on the beach and offers fantastic views of the Mediterranean and a lot of space with a total floor space of more than 120m² plus terrace of 100². The large and sunny living room offers Italian designer leather furniture and a spacious dining area. The living room has direct access to the huge partly covered terrace with 100m². On the terrace you will find a dining table and 2 sun loungers outside. In addition, the terrace is equipped with a comfortable lounge suite, consisting of a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table. This is your second living room outdoors! Listen to the sea and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Next to the entrance is the fully equipped kitchen. At the end of the hallway is the spacious master bedroom with private en-suite full bath. This bedroom has direct access to the large terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a private full bath in the hallway.

The entire furnishing is very high. The apartment offers many extras such as German satellite TV, WLAN / WIFI Internet access, air conditioning and much more.

The facility consists of a few units, which share a large garden on the seafront. Large pool area with Erwaschenenpool and children's pool. The complex has a paddle tennis court.

Find out more about San Luis de Sabinillas :: San Luis de Sabinillas is a typical Spanish village and is located right on the Mediterranean coast. The village has retained its original Spanish character. Here you will find many quaint bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, variety of shops, pharmacy, banks, post office etc. Every Sunday here one of the largest weekly markets and flea markets in the region. The nearby port of Marina de la Duquesa is very intimate and invites you to linger. Great apartment for relaxing and quiet holidays

The apartment is exactly as it looks on the internet - tastefully furnished and decorated, fully equipped kitchen, effective and quiet air condition, plus lots of space.

Its great advantage is a large terrace overlooking beautiful sea, as well as tranquillity of the whole complex (althoguh it gets busier on weekends). It was great for us as we wanted to relax, sunbath, read and swim in the pool/sea. A lawn with plentiful loungers and palms in front of the complex provide ample space (and shade) for relaxation. One can make long walks along the beach to the Torre de la Sal and a few chiringuitos there. Otherwise a car is a must. Some people might find it too quiet and perhaps too isolated but we liked it this way. A drive to central Estepona is only 15 min or so (although it isn't overly attractive place). Ronda is about 1.5 h away and Marbella reachable within an hour and both highly recommended.

Overall, a great palce for someone looking for relaxing holidays.

Brilliant!

The apartment was one of the best we have ever stayed in! Spectacular views over the Med and the photos on the web truly reflect the situation. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation. The only drawback we can think of is that there were no restaurants/bars within walking distance so a car is essential. Otherwise there are plenty eateries etc in the nearby Estepona and Duquesa. We knew this area pretty well so it is worth exploring into the mountains and along the coast. We will probably return for a chill out sometime! Overall cannot fault our time in southern Spain.

Fabulous Appartment

We had a fabulous time at this sea view villa. The apartment was all that we expected it to be, top quality and very clean and comfortable. The balcony was spacious with clean well kept furniture and a beautiful view out to the sea. A perfect beginning to our three week holiday where we relaxed and chilled out for eight days of our holiday. The property manager Alberto was very efficient too. The owner was extremely helpful also with instructions and information. I recommend this apartment and sad we are home now to endure the awful Scottish weather, Roll on next July. Profitez du charme de l'Andalousie dans un environnement unique et calme sur la Costa Del Sol

Très bel appartement au premier étage joliment meublé, bien équipé et climatisé avec une grande terrasse (100 m2) vue sur mer conforme aux descriptions du propriétaire. Sur la terrasse, les transats, les fauteuils en osier, la table basse, la table haute et le barbecue apportent une touche de confort supplémentaire. Suite parentale avec sa propre salle de bains.

La plage quasi-privée (au maximum une vingtaine de personnes) se situe à 40 mètres de l'appartement. La plage non-surveillée d'une bonne dimension mélange sable et cailloux. L'entrée dans l'eau peut être parfois gênée par les galets et cailloux. Un parasol est disponible dans l'appartement.

La piscine accessible par badge sécurisé est à 75 mètres environ et bénéficie de transats sur la partie gazonnée. Trois douches et toilettes sur place. Piscine d'une vingtaine de mètres ouverte de 10h à 22h, quasi déserte le matin, beaucoup plus animée l'après midi.

La résidence El Mirador de Bahia Beach est spacieuse, bien entretenue et très calme.

Seul le bruit de la mer peut éventuellement vous déranger. On n'entend absolument pas la Route Nationale au-dessus - sauf du cours de paddle tennis ou du parking :-) ! En été, l'environnement demeure familial et international (espagnol, allemand, anglais, italien, français).

Vous pouvez emprunter la promenade piétonnière qui longe la mer vers San Luis de Sabinillas pour courir ou vous balader et vous croiserez -peut être- au plus une dizaine de touristes ou de locaux.

Pour les commerces, obligation de prendre la voiture pour quelques kilomètres en direction soit d'Estepona (plus proche de l'esprit Marbella), soit de San Luis de Sabinillas (plus espagnol et familial). Excellent restaurant argentin "El Estribo" à San Luis de Sabinillas et nombreuses animations pour les enfants.

Excursions possibles pour une journée à Ronda (57 kms) ou Gibraltar (44 kms).

Le propriétaire vous communiquera de bons conseils (l'aéroport de Malaga est effectivement à 1 heure de route) et Alberto est disponible rapidement pour vous aider.

Quelques légers inconvénients : les galets pour entrer dans la mer, le Wifi payant (3 euro par jour) et l'absence de chaines TV internationales.

Logenplatz über dem Meer vom Allerfeinsten

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und perfekt eingerichtet. Wir, Familie mit zwei älteren Kindern, haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Anlage war sehr ruhig, wir konnten unsere Abende auf der himmlischen Terrasse herrlich genießen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool, wie die ganze Anlage prima gepflegt und nie voll. Fazit: Urlaub vom Feinsten, können wir nur empfehlen!!!

The plant 'El Mirador de Bermuda Beach' is located frontline beach on the same beach between the town of Estepona and the village of Sabinillas. The plant was built a few years ago, the apartment boasts a large terrace with about 100m². It offers an unforgettable view over the Mediterranean Sea, the Rock of Gibraltar and the coast of North Africa: a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday. The complex has direct access to the sea, a private tennis court and a large pool area right on the beach. In the immediate vicinity there are 2 large beaches, also a Country-Club with restaurant and spa area - we offer discounted rates! Very good restaurant just 150 meters away. Numerous shops, supermarkets, bakery, banks, tapas bars, cafes and pastry shop in the next village. Every sunday here is one of the largest markets in the region instead!
