This charming, fully-air-conditioned (hot & cold), TOP-equipped, bright Old Town apartment is 75 square meters and has only just recently renovated (in rentals since April 2015) and is located right in the heart of the old town of Palma on Send Town Square Plaza Cort in the pedestrianized Carrer de Jaume II.!

The apartment is newly renovated (April 2015), fully equipped and has 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, an open kitchen and a large living room with dining area. In this beautiful apartment 2 people can stay 1,80 large bed in a bedroom in a 2 x.

+++ PARKING:

On request can be rented with a (or two) underground parking. The special rates for the parking lot can be found under the tab '' location '' or under the field '' additional information ''!

+++ PAYMENT:

- No deposit !!! Due to the great experience in the past, I wish for no deposit! Everything is running but on mutual trust and confidence!

- I ask you 25% of the entire booking amount to pay. The balance would you pay locally in cash.

+++ CANCELLATION:

If your vacation to 20 days before arrival date to cancel the, get your 25% deposit back guaranteed! Cancellations less than 20 days you will get the money back even if I get a new booking by a guest! Is that fair?

The apartment is centrally located in an absolute top location and shines in their environment with everything your heart desires within walking distance: Arts & Culture, cafes, bars & restaurants, boutiques & department stores, Sight & Seeing, market halls and supermarkets, Beach & marina, biking, jogging and skating and perfect public transport connections to Palma, but also for the whole island!

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in phantastischer Lage

Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist absolut top, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und interessanten Plätze und Geschäfte sind auf kurzen Fußwegen sehr gut zu erreichen. Bei der Buchung erfolgte eine detaillierte und ausführliche Beschreibung zur Anreise. Sehr entgegenkommend war der Bezug der Wohnung bereits am frühen Vormittag. Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind eine absolute Empfehlung.

Stadtwohnung mit Flair

Modern eingerichtete, großzügige und saubere Stadtwohnung im Herzen von Palma. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die An-/Abreise war dank Alexander und Julia unkompliziert und die Infos vorab ausgezeichnet. Wir werden dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und gerne wieder buchen.

*** super süße Stadtwohnung !!! ***

Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt! Großzügig, sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ideal gelegen.. fußläufig zu sämtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Bars etc.

Besonderen Dank an Alexander, der umgehend den Kontakt aufgenommen hat, und sich ausgesprochen nett um sämtliche Informationen und die Abwicklung gekümmert hat.

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir am liebsten noch viel länger geblieben wären!! Nächstes Jahr dann wieder....:)

Traumhafte Altstadtwohnung in bester Lage

Diese Wohnung war ein Gluecksgriff!! Neu renoviert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man fuer einen Urlaub in Palma benoetigt. Uns hat die Wohnung sogar noch besser 'in natura' gefallen als in den Bildern. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Top Lage in der Altstadt...alles ist zu Fuss leicht zu erreichen. Alexander ist der geborene Gastgeber und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Super Restaurant- und Ausgehtips. Danke! Wir werden die Wohnung unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen und hoffentlich schon bald wieder ein paar Tage selbst darin verbringen :-)

These costs are paid by you directly to the parking garage here on the spot! The vehicle and people are then insured, even the car park is under camera surveillance and open 24 hours! The garage is located about 3 minutes on foot from the apartment!

It has a living room with dining area, 1 master bedroom, 1 full bath, a fully equipped, open kitchen with refrigerator, stove, coffee maker & Nespresso machine, toaster, pots & pans, cutlery, glasses and porcelain. The tastefully furnished living and dining area has a dining table for 5 persons and 3 sofa seats, 42 inch Samsung flat screen TV / SAT and free WIFI.
