About the property

Nice house with private, sheltered terrace and Jacuzzi

Very high quality house (semi-detached house) with private terrace and private jacuzzi. The terrace is very sheltered from the wind and the view goes on the deeper level and out to sea and towards Fuerteventura.

The kitchen is fitted around, and a small utility room with washing machine is right next door. High quality its furnishings and tasteful details.

The bathroom only good towels, all materials have been carefully chosen here, to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Likewise, care was taken to equip the beds only good qualities.

The owner lives in the other, however, completely independent semi-detached house. One does not see, but if you have a question, it's just around the corner.

Lanzarote Essence is a wonderful place to enjoy the tranquility of the island and at the same time to go a short distance to shopping, dining and leisure island to have. From the house you are in about 5 minutes already in Tias, where you can do all your shopping.

Einzigartig & unvergesslich! Hier fühlt man sich bestens aufgehoben & wie daheim.

Villa Essence ist eine Oase der Ruhe, des Friedens und der Liebe.

Sie liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Strasse in ländlicher Gegend mit Aussicht aufs Meer & in die Vulkanberge auf ca.290 müM, am Dorfeingang von Conil, oberhalb Tias, knappe 15 Autominuten vom Flughafen Arrecife entfernt. (kein Fluglärm)

Zentral gelegen, fährt man in kurzer Zeit zu verschiedenen Stränden & Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Das Haus ist in der Mitte geteilt. Links wohnt die äusserst liebenswürdige, herzliche Eigentümerin Rosemary aus England. Tagsüber arbeitet sie, steht jedoch jederzeit mit Rat & Tat hilfsbereit zur Verfügung.

Die sehr gediegen eingerichtete Mietwohnung rechts erfüllt alle Ansprüche.

In den Wintermonaten sind warme Kleider & Finken für drinnen von Vorteil.

Freitags wird die Bett- & Frottéwäsche gewechselt & das Haus geputzt.

Die modern gestaltete Gartenanlage mit Brunnen, Vogelgezwitscher & gepflegten Pflanzen verspricht Entspannung pur. Ebenso das geheizte Jaccuzzi, welches das Fehlen des Meeres oder eines Swimmingpools wettmacht.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in jeder Ortschaft vorhanden. Lokaler, gut bestückter Supermarkt in 5 Gehminuten vom Mietobjekt. Für Frischwaren hingegen empfehlen sich LIDL in Puerto del Carmen oder MERCADONA in Arrecife, jeweils ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt.

Die Insel ist sehr vielfältig & hält unzählige Sehenswürdigkeiten bereit. Kakteenliebhaber kommen voll auf ihre Rechnung.

In den Touristenorten gibt es schöne Strände, heimelige, preisgünstige Restaurants, nette Bars & Vergnügungsmöglichkeiten. Die kilometerlange, gepflegte Promenade lädt zum Flanieren ein.

Baden im Meer ist in den Wintermonaten möglich, wenn man kälteres Wasser nicht scheut.

Auf einer Insel muss man stets mit Wind rechnen, der stark & auch kühl sein kann. Scheint jedoch die Sonne, kann es gleich recht warm werden. Das sollte man bei der Auswahl der Feriengarderobe beachten.

Wir waren sehr glücklich hier & können diesen Ort allen Ruhesuchenden in einer liebevollen Umgebung wärmstens empfehlen.
