Very nice apartment in a quiet top location in Lerici by the sea. The apartment is on the first floor of a two family house overlooking the sea. With two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom with sofabed (for 2 persons). Enjoy the beautiful sea view while sitting outside on the terrace having your meals. The sandy beach is at only 100 meters from our house. On the beach you have also the option to rent an umbrella and deckchair if you want. On the beach there is a snack bar with terrace, playground and showers. We have two bicycles for our guests for free. For shopping you stroll comfortably on the beach promenade that runs along the coast of San Terenzo to Lerici - without ever having to use the car. Walk, inline skate or cycle along the beach promenade to discover the other beaches and the charming town of Lerici with it's shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice-cream parlors, and the tiny marina. In the summer there are concerts and theater events. Daily ferry boats from Lerici to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. Who wants to explore the surrounding area may do some nice hiking trails to La Serra, Tellaro and to the National Park of Monte Marcello. At 200 mt from our house there is a huge public parking palce for your car.

Charming place

We had amazing time in this charming villa. Very good facilities and perfectly clean house. 2 great villages with shops and restaurants are in walking distance within beautiful promenade. Angela was very helpful, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable

Fantastic view from each window

Fantastic view from each window! Very large appartment in this beautifull classic Italian House. We enjoyed also the large terrace infront of the house. It is indeed close to the beach and Lerici and San Terenzo are a nice walk or you can borrow 2 bikes, what is very easy. A big thank you to the family who gave us a warm welcome and helped us with the luggage when we arrived.

Wonderful Place to stay

Wonderful place to stay My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this wonderful ligurian villa very much and we spent fantastic holiday weeks on this unique place .The location and the view from the first floor over the sea were really very impressive. Our hosts Angela and Francesco were so friendly and helpful in all matters - when we arrived they helped us to bring the luggage to the house, they organized the Parking Tickets, recommend restaurants and places to go..etc. Thanks - we will certainly come again. A Dream Villa

Overall: I stayed here with my husband and toddler. This is a beautiful old villa, impeccably clean and with modern amenities. The listing description and photos were apt. The villa is like a modern-day palazzo with antique furniture, paintings and ceramics. It has a fully-equipped kitchen (utensils, cookware, crockery/glassware). We loved dining al fresco on the terrace, which was solely for our use. Lerici is a child-friendly area – there are new playgrounds and merry-go-rounds along the coast. The wi-fi worked perfectly. If you come by car, parking is nearby (€40/week). The proprietors kindly offered to buy the parking ticket for us beforehand. Bear in mind, the villa is on a pedestrian-only street, so to get to the villa from the street, you walk up an elevated path via wide stairs. If you have any issues with that, this place may not be for you. The proprietor was very kind and helped us bring up our luggage. Location: Ideal location – 100m to the beach and ensconced between Lerici’s town centre and San Terenzo (15 minutes walk).There are two supermarkets/delis/fruit vendors close by. Every morning I would bike to San Terenzo (the proprietor’s bike), to buy fresh focaccia and fruit. The best part of our day was sitting in the dining room, overlooking the sea, and enjoying breakfast. Proprietors: The proprietors are charming and helpful. Upon our arrival, they welcomed us with a bottle of wine; a freshly baked cake; homemade pesto and a packet of pasta. They provided us with maps and pamphlets with boat/bus schedules. We could knock on their door any time and they were happy to help us with information about the town (what to do/where to go). Prior to our arrival, the proprietors answered all of our questions and were easy to reach via email. During our stay, they were easy to reach on the telephone (when at work) and always responded promptly. Note: Truth be told – we became very close friends with the proprietors – we felt like we were guests in our close friends’ home. However, in order to keep this review fair (and to make sure I do not raise expectations for future guests), I have not included any details about our personal social interactions with the proprietors. Whatever I have written here is what they would have done for any guest. Conclusion: I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. The owners of this villa made this a joyous and unforgettable stay for us. This has been one of our best vacations.

Live like an Italian

Blu House has been a home to generations of seamen and women. Now completely restored with by a couple who both speak English. You do not know they are also in this 3 story home unless you need them! Views and the sounds of waves from every window. A terrace garden for use only by guests. At bottom of hill from house is bus and taxi stop with family run bar and rooftop cafe which is a prime sunset location.3 villages within walking distance.
