Only three kilometers away is one of the most traditional and most attractive villages of Mallorca: the mountain village of Valldemossa. It is not only known for its steep, narrow streets, its picturesque appearance and architecture that give it a very authentic and special character, but also by its famous guest: the composer Frédéric Chopin spent in this idyllic setting in the mountain village winter 1838 / 39 with the French writer George Sand.
