About the property

This very central apartment is located in the center of Sanlucar de Barrameda.

The price is valid for up to 6 people. More are not allowed! From the 5th adult person we charge an additional charge of 10 € per person / per day for expenses. This is extra to pay on arrival.

Flatscreen in the living room

There are 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. 1 room with bathroom access, the other two rooms share a bathroom in the hallway. Both bathrooms have a bath with shower wall toilet and bidet.

The apartment is centrally located between the beach (8 min.) And pedestrian area / center (3 min.), 2 min. away from the market.

Parking for the residents is behind the house. There are 3 fans (2 ceiling fans and a pedestal fan with timer), as well as fans (Dyson) available.

Kitchen is fully furnished, with large fridge and a washing machine.

The clothes can be dried on the Sotea, the classic flat roof on the 5th. Floor or on the balcony. Great view from there over Sanlucar.

Sanlucar is still an insider tip for the Germans or Englishmen - this is where mainly Spaniards, which makes the mood in the evening in the place seem particularly exuberant.

Whether you shop at the directly opposite fish, meat and vegetable market, or you in the evening in the pedestrian area (about 4 minutes walk) from one bar to the next drift, both is a special experience.

There it can be in the evening in many great tapas restaurants in the city live well and eat; even while the kids are playing in the field. The center consists in large measure from the pedestrian zone. Enjoy it, in the evening to stroll through the streets, eating tapas and sit outside.

A highlight in the morning is the market. This is a very charming for young and old.

Definitely try the fat pastry CHURROS & Krokettas

The products are all local and fresh and very reasonably priced! 2 people can eat and drink together for less than 15 euros.

From May to October, the climate is very warm. In spring, the SEMANA SANTA place and the FERIA DE SANLUCAR place.

In July / August it is very very hot during the day. Therefore, a Sista is recommended, or a longer beach stay. WITH UMBRELLA!

There are umbrellas and beach chairs at your disposal, please leave completely.

The bus station is about 300 meters from the apartment. By bus you can visit Seville and other cities.

If you have a rental car, you can do beach hopping.

(Parking can behind the house, when a Parklpatz is free, there is no reserved parking space.)

Neighboring beautiful beaches: In Chipiona (about 8 miles) called "Tres Piedras" Conil (30km); the place is very cute. All the way to Tarifa is charming with many beautiful beaches. Opposite the Park of Donana is directly opposite the town of Sanlucar.

If you want to go hiking in the hinterland, the Cordilleras Beticas to El Bosque and Ronda in about an hour by car.

If you want to scour the Andalusian villages, is pleased with the good transport links with the highway that leads to the village.

Cycling is very popular, especially in the autumn and winter months. The streets are largely removed and the climate is very pleasant.

Jerez Airport is exactly half an hour away (30 km) -

Distance Seville about 90 km over the highway.

The apartment has 2 sun loungers and 2 beach chairs. 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a pedestal fan. In the living room there is a fan of the new Genaration. In midsummer, it is recommended that the shutters on the sunny side pull down, the apartment stays cool even on hot days.

Bonita experiencia pero con mucho calor

El piso es espléndido y está puesto para vivir, con todo detalle, desde muchas botellas de vino, que no probamos, hasta plancha, sillas de playa, vajillas completas, sombrilla, etc. Tiene un lugar muy bueno, cerca del centro y no lejos de la playa. Nuestro único problema es que tuvimos mala suerte con el clima: pasamos allí días de mucho calor y, aunque el piso tiene ventilador en todas las habitaciones, el fresco no entraba ni por las noches. Una de nosotras llegó a intentar dormir en la terraza, desesperada por la temperatura de su cuarto, por supuesto con la ventana abierta.

Tampoco nos gustó la forma de marcharnos. Nos pidieron que saliéramos del piso a las 9.30 de la mañana, el día en que nos íbamos, porque iría alguien a limpiar. Estuvimos esperando hasta las 11 y no llegó nadie, así es que nadie pudo comprobar, junto a nosotras, que el estado del piso era perfecto a la llegada e igualmente perfecto a la salida. En todo caso, la fianza nos fue devuelta poco después.

Die Wohnung war für uns der Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge in der Region. Die Wohnung war sauber und toll ausgestattet . Auch der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Daher vergeben wir die volle Anzahl von Sternen.
