Photos and Description of this 3 bedroom holiday apartment in Sanlúcar de Barrameda

This central apartment is located in the center of the town Sanlucar de Barrameda.

The price is valid for up to 6 people. More are not allowed! From the 5th adult person we charge an additional charge of 10 € per person / per day for expenses. This is extra on arrival.

There are 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. From "Master Bedroom" leads directly into a private bathroom, the other two rooms share one across the hall. Both bathrooms have a bathtub with shower curtain toilet and bidet.

The apartment is centrally located between the beach and the pedestrian zone at the height of the market. A parking for residents is behind the house. There are 3 fans (2 ceiling fans and a pedestal fan with timer) and fan as heaters available. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and washing machine.

You can dry the clothes on the Sotea, the classic flat roof on the 5th Floor or on the beautiful balcony. From the roof you can also take a first look on Sanlucar.

Sanlucar is not a typical tourist resort of the Germans or Englishmen - here it attracts mainly Spanish, what the mood of the evening in the village can have a particularly boisterous.

Whether your on situated directly opposite fish, meat and vegetables market purchases, you or your evening in the pedestrian zone (about 4 min walk) from one bar to the next drive led, both of which are a special experience.

There you can nice evening in the best tapas spot in town, called Balbino tapas while the children can play at. The center consists in large measure from the pedestrian zone. Enjoy it, in the evening to stroll through the streets, eating tapas and sit outside.

In the morning you can see some on the market. This is a show for young and old.

You should definitely try the fried pastry CHURROS. Kroketas you can also buy there, fry at home and on the go eat cold. Delicious!

The products are all local and fresh and very reasonably priced! 2 people eat and drink together for less than 15 euros.

From May to October, the climate is very warm. In spring, the SEMANA SANTA place and the FERIA DE SANLUCAR place.

In July / August it is very very hot during the day. Therefore, a Sista is recommended, or a longer beach stay. UMBRELLA!

July and August are summer holidays

The beach is a 5 minute walk with small children 10-15. 3 large bistro is where you can comfortably eat lunch - right on the sandy beach

It includes umbrellas and beach chairs at your disposal ready it would just be nice if everything stays completely.

The bus station is about 300 meters from the apartment. By bus you can visit to Seville and of course other cities.

If you have a rental car, you can make wonderful beach hopping.

(Parking can behind the house, when a Parklpatz is free, there is no reserved parking space.)

Neighboring beautiful beaches: In Chipiona (about 8 miles) called "Tres Piedras" Conil (30km); the place is very cute. All the way to Tarifa is charming with many beautiful beaches. Opposite the Park of Donana is directly opposite the town of Sanlucar.

If you want to hike into the backcountry reached the Cordilleras Béticas to El Bosque and Ronda in about one hour by car.

If you want to scour the Andalusian villages, is pleased with the good transport links with the highway that leads to the village.

Cycling is very popular, especially in the autumn and winter months. The streets are largely removed and the climate is very pleasant.

You can drive to Jerez Airport exactly half an hour (30 km) -there can hire a car which are very cheap in Spain - rent!
