This beautifully spacious home sits on a very large waterfront lot on the northern tip of AMI. The house is embedded in a natural landscape.
The fully air-conditioned house has two air conditioners and parking spaces in front of the house. It was completely renovated in 2015. You have 4 bedrooms with 2 baths, large open kitchen, French doors from nearly all rooms to the pool area, TV in the living room and in the two master bedrooms, free WIFI and short walking distance to Bay and Gulf Beaches.
Terrace dining table for 8 people, pool lounge chairs and outdoor chairs, charcoal barbecue, pool- and beach equipment - everything for your personal convenience to make the most beautiful days of the year as pleasant as possible.

A lovely spacious villa in our favourite location

Your villa is beautiful and we had a lovely stay. It was very spacious, managed and cleaned professionally with all the facilities you require. A kettle for making tea was the only equipment missing but we just used the coffee maker instead. The beds are very firm as mentioned in the owners details however adding mattress topper's would help achieve a more restful sleep. The air conditioning units were very effective. The pool is heated to a lovely warm temperature it's just a shame you can't see much of the beautiful view. A few small gaps in the trees to see the waterside views would just make it perfect. We had daily visits from a pair of egret's which are so tame. Having the use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and towels was a lovely addition. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning one day.

Great lovation

House showing a bit of wear and tear in a few areas that would take minimal effort to sort eg mould on the shower curtain and ripped valence on master bed

Really nice property

Super chilled time on Anna Maria. House well equipped and very clean. Good location for the beach and pier. The waterfront dock is a relaxing place to sit and take in the abundance of wildlife. Would recommend

Great stay!

This was our 3rd time to the island. It was great! Being on the canal was so nice. Lots of space for everyone. VERY clean which we all appreciate! Close enough to walk to the beach. The only thing I can think of is that it could have used a new beach wagon and beach chairs. My husband’s chair broke while sitting in it and the wagon was broke on arrival but my husband was able to sorta fix it temporarily. But those are tiny details. Overall would rent again! The pool heater broke and was promptly fixed the next morning. Thank you!!

Location, Location, Location

The location of this house was absolutely perfect! Close enough to the beach and shops that you never really had to get in the car, but felt secluded on the north side of the island. We rented bikes and had the best time riding to the beach, shopping and ice cream! The back yard is beautiful and water access for fishing was great. We saw manatees off the dock almost daily. The house was nice and clean. We didn’t love having to go to another location to pick up the door code. After a long day of travel, we just wanted to get to the house amd settle in to start our vacation. I called the property manager on the first day and left a message with some questions but never got a return call, that said, we ended up figuring things out on our own. Overall, we would totally rent this house again. Thanks for an amazing stay!
