Centrally located on the island of Mallorca, in the small country town of original SENCELLES located at the exit towards Inca from the the 17th century. Century manor house

"Can Mavi."

Historical property with its 450 m² of living space and an almost paradisiacal, secluded 800 m² garden with pool, was completely renovated in September 2012 and modernized and converted into a small apartment building, where the traditional Majorcan style has been preserved.

The "Can Mavi" has 5 spacious and conveniently equipped apartments.

The architecture of the building reflects the once stately mallorquinschen style and combines, today, the traditional elements with modern facilities and all the amenities you could want for a relaxing and restful stay.

Each apartment without a balcony or terrace is a terrace portion in the large garden available. There you can also take the home-cooked breakfast and leave undisturbed finish at one of the warm summer evenings in peace with a glass of wine the day.

The large salon on the ground floor with an open fireplace and access to the garden with its large palm trees, the central olive tree, the Bucanville and the small romantic fountain, is open to all tenants available for use, as well as the swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols.

Sencelles

The location on the outskirts of the town of Sencelles provides the ability to direct contact with the Majorcan residents. Be there.
