Villa with pool in a fantastic location on park-like grounds


Having a typical Andalusian style villa is located in a very exclusive and quiet part of the village of Almogía. In spite of the houses around are in the immediate neighborhood, the house enjoys complete secluded location because of the large property.

It is situated in a fantastic location, surrounded by a 6000 m² garden with many agaves, cacti, and olive and eucalyptus trees, offers a breathtaking view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. The property is completely fenced and accessible through a large gate.


The house itself has about 220 m² and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan living and dining area with open fireplace, a spacious reading room and a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, ceramic hob and American fridge that are not otherwise be desired leaves. The house is fully furnished with terracotta floors and shutters. The bedrooms have queen beds. The three bathrooms include a shower room and a bathroom with a bath and a spacious en-suite bathroom, which is only accessible from the master bedroom. A large double door leads into the living and dining area from which it goes into the kitchen and on into the spacious reading room. Almost all windows are fitted with mosquito screens, the front door with an insect screen door. Outside there are several terraces where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets and invite you to an evening barbecue. Large eucalyptus trees, a covered porch and a covered dining area donate in the hot summer months reliable shade. During the winter months you can thanks to the south / south-west orientation of the house, terraces and garden refuel much sun and heat. The large heated pool invites every season to swim and relax.

For children there is much to discover, so loads of beautiful, cultivated garden to rock, jump on the trampoline or picnic.

The unique location many attractions are within easy reach. We highly recommend Antequera with its Alcazaba (only 30 minutes), Ronda (about 1 hour) and Cordoba and Granada (about 1.5 hours). The beaches and historic center of Malaga, and all the theme parks such as Aqualand Torremolinos around 30 minutes away. The Natural Park of El Torcal can be reached in 20 minutes and is a highlight for hiking enthusiasts.

Supermarkets, weekly market and everything for your daily needs can be found in the fantastically beautiful villages Almogía and Villanueva de la Concepción. Both villages are within 10-15 minutes.

Absolutely amazing! Unforgettable experience.

We stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed every second of our stay. Villa is well situated and gives view on Andalusian mountains.

Villa is very kid friendly. Our kids enjoyed trampoline, soccer, pool and lots of fun toys which owners were generous to share.

The house is clean, practical and charming. It had lots of space for everyone.

We had a great time and unforgettable experience.

Superb and Relaxing

We (2 adults and 2 young kids) really enjoyed our vacations in this marvelous house for 2 weeks.

From the start of the process the communication from Christian & Sofia has great and always very prompt. We were very well welcomed and the kid enjoy the trampoline, soccer game, the pool and all the game that were left in the house.  

The location is perfect with fantastic view from the terrace with the sun all day long. We really enjoyed eating our breakfast outside in the early morning sun. The villa was very clean and well equipped as well as tastefully/comfortably furnished.

The Wi-Fi is great for keeping in touch.

In conclusion, if you are looking for relaxing and comfortable holidays, this will be the right place.
