Villa Tropical is described by many who know Aruba as one of the Top 10 Finest Homes on the entire island. It is privately situated on nearly three acres atop a hill with a stunning view of the ocean including Eagle and Palm Beach. The custom natural rock pool is unique to the island and is surrounded by an amazing fully mature and expansive garden and natural rock waterfall. Enjoy the day sunbathing by the pool on the comfortable teak lounge furniture. Listen to the tropical birds while you admire the fantastic ocean sunsets from the infinity hot-tub or from the large palapa gazebo while you and your family enjoy an evening meal. Sleep comfortably in 5 fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Villa Tropical is very private and on a very large parcel of land which also includes a 20 fruit tree orchard. The trade winds blow unencumbered through the whole home if you desire. It is a 3-5 minute drive to Eagle or Palm Beaches.

Our family loved our stay at Villa Tropical! The inside was clean, well-decorated and well-stocked with everything we needed (including lots of bath and pool towels, beach chairs, coolers, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, coffee filters, etc.). The outside was beautiful! We enjoyed relaxing by and in the pool, eating under the palapa (complete with outdoor TV and refrigerator), and playing darts and ping pong. Kathy was an amazing concierge! Do yourself a favor and enjoy her hot stone massage outside after dark- you won't regret it. We also enjoyed the barbecue dinner prepared and served by Kathy, Eduardo and Katherine under the palapa. Amazing experience all around!

Amazing house!!

The house is just as spectacular as it looked on VRBO. The first two days of our vacation, it was hard to tear ourselves away from the house to leave to explore Aruba. So many things to do on the property...the pool, hot tub, volleyball court, ping pong table, just the grounds themselves. We were able to pick limes and papayas for our dinner. At night, several of the palm trees ahd little lights that you could turn on. The kitchen and laundry facilities were brand new. TVs in the den and every bedroom. The air conditioners and fans kept the house very comfortable. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Would love to return for another stay.!

Wonderful stay celebrating a 50th birthday

We enjoyed having our family vacation at Villla Tropical celebrating a 50th birthday! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property! It was well kept, and we loved all the amazing amenities, including pool with waterfall, hot tub, sand volleyball pit, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and more! Kathleen and Kathy both went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable! Communication was great! This house is centrally located to beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. We had such a wonderful stay and loved the option to have massages and pedis right on site! I highly recommend The Tropical Villa! Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful place!!!

Why they chose this property

I first came to Aruba in 1999 and saw people windsurfing on a high wind day. I came back 3 months later for a 30 day trip to learn how to windsurf. Fell in love with the place. This is my third home on Aruba. It is a dream home. Come have fun on Aruba.
