The house was completely renovated in 2012/2013 and has modern, yet cosy furnishing. The house is on a 1100 sqm property and has a living space of 210 sqm. It offers space for up to 6 people. The kitchen has a practical passage to the large terrace. The terrace and the pool area are spacious (a highlight is the cosy lounge in the outdoor area). The electrically heated pool has an area of about 60 sqm. The house has a double garage in which you can safely park your vehicle or rental car. You can get to the facility room in the house through a door.

Beautiful home away from home!!!
My family and I were blown away by this property. From the moment we walked in the attention to detail and the cleanliness was spot on. We had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The location was wonderful. So close to the beaches and stores. My husband and I enjoyed many sunsets on the pier and my boys loved the pool. Greg the property manager made sure everything was taken care of when we called. The only suggestion would be if you going down in the winter months have the pool heater turned on prior to arrival. I hesitated giving a review because it’s such a hidden gem and we want to book again :). Thank you for making this our best family vacation!!
A comfortable getaway
The home was well equipped inside and the pictures accurately described the property. It is very conveniently located for shopping and quick access to major roads. The owners were responsive as was the property manager. If you plan to go to the beach be sure to bring your own chairs and umbrellas, however there are a couple of styrofoam coolers there. The backyard provides a lot of privacy and the beds are comforable. We enjoyed our stay at Lions Garden.

Good size home for a family of six, spacious and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool more than the beach. The nearest beach is about 30 min drive away. Everything went smoothly.

Perfect Family Vacation
We stayed at Lion Garden over spring break, with my parents. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us in the home. Everything was clean, lots of open space and doors to open the house out to the pool area. We spent most of our time out there, eating our meals out there also. The kids went straight from PJ's to swim suits most mornings. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if down in the Fort Meyers area again.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Haus. Sehr tolles Objekt, hier kann man auf jeden Fall einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Das Haus und seine Umgebung bieten viele Möglichkeiten, um die Ferien abwechslungsreich zu gestalten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer Vor-und Nachher war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Haus erhält eine eindeutige Weiterempfehlung!

The house is located in a peaceful street to the Santa Barbara Boulevard on a salt water canal through which you can reach the Gulf of Mexico in about 30 minutes by boat. The location is centrally located and you can reach supermarkets (including Walmart or Publix) by car in just a few minutes. The beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island are also just a few miles away. Cape Coral is located directly next to Fort Myers on the west coast of Florida. The city has long been a popular and well-known destination for Europeans. Popular excursions like Miami (e.g. Miami Beach), recreational parks in Orlando (e.g. Disney World) or the Everglades are just a few hours away by car.
