This jewel is located at the landmark and the town gate of the city of Trier at this time, 'Porta Nigra'.

It is reachable by car or bus, however, at the entrance of the pedestrian zone. At night you can see the illuminated Porta Nigra from the couch; you will not miss anything there! Bars, restaurants, coffee shops, bakery at the house! Casino, pharmacy, post office, banks, tourist information office, supermarkets, bus station and shopping area in the pedestrian zone is less than 50m away, despite of the flat is located well so you can enjoy the calm in there.

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Tolles Bad. Schöne Schlafräume. Küche okay. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kontakt mit Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schicke Wohnung an der Porta Nigra

Die Wohnung ist auch für Zugreisende günstig, da die Entfernung vom Bahnhof nur ca. 15 Gehminuten beträgt. Zwei Fenster sind zur Fußgängerzone und zur Porta Nigra orientiert, ein Fenster zum ruhigen Innenhof. Die Räume sind sauber und gepflegt, da sie erst vor kurzem renoviert worden sind.

Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde das Dachgeschoß ausgebaut, weshalb es untertags ziemlich laut war, aber dieses Problem dürfte in Zukunft nicht mehr bestehen, da die gröbsten Arbeiten inzwischen abgeschlossen sind.

Bei der Anreise entnimmt man die Wohnungsschlüssel einem Tresor, der sich hinter dem Hauseingang neben den Briefkästen befindet.

Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde am Ausbau des Dachgeschosses gearbeitet, weshalb es untertags ziemlich laut war, aber die gröbsten Arbeiten sind inzwischen abgeschlossen, sodass dieses Problem in Zukunft nicht mehr bestehen dürfte.

Die Wohnungsschlüssel entnimmt man bei der Ankunft einem Tresor, der im Erdgeschoß neben den Briefkästen montiert ist; bei der Abreise werden die Schlüssel dort hinterlegt.
