Off you go in the elevator, across the small coastal road and you are on the beach! Enjoy your meals on the beautiful terrace in the sea breeze and in the shade of the gnarled pine tree. The salon as well as one of the bedrooms have sea view. Public transportation, restaurants, cafes and shopping ? You will find everything in close proximity. The shallow sloping beach is ideal for small children.

Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit.

Walk along the beach promenade or ride along the sea on the bike path to the neighboring town of Alcudia. Various water sports equipment can be rented. A trip to the peninsula of Formentor is highly recommended.

The location and size of the property were above expectation. It would benefit from a little updating in some areas. The front or master bedroom is subject to a lot of street noise (people) lasting into the early hours.
