The apartment, finished in January 2015, is on the southern slope of Flims. An introductory discount of 20% will apply for bookings before the 30th of June, 2015. The ski road from and to the slopes is 20 m away from the underground garage. The town centre is 10 minutes away, and the bus stop is just 2 minutes from the house. There's a gorgeous view from the 32-sq.m covered garden terrace that overlooks Flims, all the way to the Signina range. You can leave your car on arrival as well as on your departure day in the underground garage at no extra cost. There is plenty of space for bikes, sleds, and skis. An additional parking place is available for a charge of 10.00 Swiss Francs per day in the large integrated storage room, there is a freezer and storage space for ski shoes, ski clothing, bags, and so on. The apartment has controlled ventilation and floor heating. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
The living/dining room enjoys a spectacular view of the Signina range and Flims through the panoramic windows. A dining table and six chairs, a large cushion set with a coffee table, a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and a cabinet for games, DVDs, and so on is part of the living/dining room furnishing. It also has direct access to the 32-sq.m covered terrace and garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a glass ceramic stove, an oven with built-in microwave, a large refrigerator (the freezer is in the storage area), a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), a raclette oven, a fondue machine, a toaster, and a kettle.

This spacious bedroom has a panoramic window and direct access to the terrace and garden. Its luxurious Vals stone shower room has a rainfall shower, a washbasin, and a WC. The bedroom contains a carpenter-made oak bed and a spacious wall closet, as well as a flatscreen TV with a cable connection and indirect lighting.

...or however you choose to name it. This room has a freezer, the vacuum cleaner, and more. You can also store wet clothes and shoes here, as well as your suitcases. This is also a good place for drying your laundry. In an additional basement room, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, which is also used by the upstairs apartment.
On the large, covered terrace, there are two deck chairs and four chairs (a table is also provided). The garden, about 60 sq.m in size, can be used up to the 15-m long flowery hedgerow.
The apartment was finished in January 2015. All of the flooring is made of domestic Vals stone. The beds, wall closets, dining and coffee tables, as well as the six chairs are made of oak. On the southern side of the apartment, there is a 13-m long window the height of the wall.
Wi-Fi and cable connections are available throughout the apartment at no extra cost. Two Samsung flatscreen TVs with a cable connection and countless local and international channels, as well as a DVD player are provided.

My husband and I spent a beautiful summer in Flims this May. We had never been to this part of Switzerland and it was just breathtaking. The house itself was set in a beautiful location overlooking the Alps. The garden outside was a big plus and we spent a lot of time outdoors basking in the summer sun. It was everything that we wanted, the peace the quiet and the tranquility. The house was clean, very well equipped and had all the amenities one would need even if you were travelling with an infant/toddler. The house was perfect for a family with two kids. Our host Karin was so very kind and was always there to help us out whether it was with the house keys, restaurants nearby, public transport, supermarkets and everything. She provided us with all the information that made our stay only easier and even more enjoyable and we in fact extended our holiday as well. We cannot wait to go back to casa Admisa in Flims. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed and had a wonderful time.
Schon zum zweiten Mal haben wir diese tolle Wohnung gebucht. Alles perfekt. Durchdachte Küche, für alle die gerne kochen. Alles neu und sehr gepflegt. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Atemberaubende Sicht auf die Berge. Und nichtzuletzt für die Gastfreundlichkeit ein Dankeschön an die liebenswerten Vermieter.
Trotz des garstigen Wetters in der zweiten Phase unserer Ferien haben wir in der Ferienwohnung gemütliche Ferien verlebt und den Regen durch die riesigen Panoramascheiben beobachtet. Die Gastgeber waren äusserst liebenswürdig und haben uns betr. verschiedener Wanderausflüge (z.B. Wasserweg, Rheinschlucht) beraten. Die Ferienwohnung ist neu, luxeriös ausgestattet, sehr hell und sauber. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit selber wieder buchen oder weiterempfehlen.
Schöne moderne Designerwohnung mit atemberaubenden Ausblick aus den bodentiefen Panormafenstern auf das Dorf und die Berge. Uns gefiel die Architektur in Verbindung mit den natürlichen handwerklich perfekt verarbeiteten Materialien.

Our family of 4 stayed in this beautiful, modern, spacious, and clean apartment for 4 nights in mid-January and absolutely loved it! The apartment has a wonderful panormic view of the town of Flims and surrounding mountains and is very close to the Foppa and Express ski lifts. There is also a nice underground parking garage for vehicles with entry directly into the apartment. The owners/hosts were very gracious, accommodating, and responsive to our needs. They made us feel welcome at all times.....they also provided restaurant recommendations which we really enjoyed. We would very highly recommend this apartment as a "home away from home" to anyone staying in Flims and look forward to returning here for a future family vacation!
