Situated just a stone's throw from the beautiful Pors Ar Vag beach, this appealing house in an extensive and tree-lined garden awaits its guests with sea views from most rooms. The spacious and practical vacation property also includes a veranda that opens to the sea. The house is located in the western part of Finistère with its unique beaches and good conditions for water sports activities. Nearby is the beautiful Crozon peninsula with its picturesque harbors and impressive cliffs that offer an unobstructed view. Not far away is also the Menez-Hom hill, which is popular with hang gliders and paragliders. A short drive separates you from the popular village of Locronan, which features cobbled streets and is known for its artisans and weavers. Also visit Sainte-Anne-Palud, where one of Brittany's most important pilgrimages takes place each summer, the so-called Grand Pardon of Sainte-Anne-Palud. Spend an afternoon in Quimper, the region's main town, which attracts visitors with its picturesque riverbanks, pottery workshops, half-timbered houses, and elegant boutiques and cafés.

Ruhiges schön gelegenes Haus mit viel Platz

Ausstattung ist schon etwas älter funktioniert aber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Lage ist top mit direkten Blick aufs Meer. Fußweg ca. 500m zum Meer. Schöner angebauter Wintergarten.

Abreise nach einer Nacht

Wir haben das Objekt nach einer Nacht verlassen, da es im gesamten Haus muffig roch. Zudem ist der Ausstattungszustand von Bädern, Küche und der Möbel sehr alt. Die Badezimmer sind vermutlich zum letzten Mal in den 70er Jahren des letzten Jahrhunderts saniert worden. Wir haben darüber den Vermittler NOVASOL telefonisch informiert und um eine kulant Lösung gebeten. Man teilte uns mit, dass sich bei einer Begehung des Objektes der muffig Geruch nicht bestätigen ließe. Die Ausstattung sei so, wie auf den Bildern erkennbar und entspräche dem geringen Standard vieler bretonischer Ferienhäuser. Im Ergebnis hatten wir dadurch für die entgangene Woche einen hohen Geldausfall. Für diesen Betrag finden sich definitiv (um diese Jahreszeit) in der Bretagne zahlreiche charmante Ferienhäuser mit exzellenter Lage und sehr gutem Ausstattungsstandard. Ein Reinfall.
