About the property

The Accommodation:

Comfortable, well-equipped 2 bedroom apartment (50m²) in a detached house on a hillside with a large garden. Full south side with a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Neuchâtel and the Alps (Mont Blanc - the Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau). The apartment is located on the ground floor with access to the beautiful garden.

A private garden terrace is available with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. For children there is a play area with swings, sandpit, slide.

The equipment:

The bedroom has a large double bed with 2 mattresses and a seating area. On a smaller living room and bedroom there is a sofa that can be converted into a bed for 2 persons and a television. On request a cot for babies can also be set up. Also, changing table and high chair are available if required.

In the kitchen there is a dining table for 4 people. She is also fully equipped with oven, stove, coffee maker (filter) and a kettle.

Before the house there is a large parking available.

In addition, the apartment has satellite TV, radio, DVD player and free Wi-Fi connection.

The Environment:

The house is situated in Corcelles- Cormondrèche, a small village surrounded by vineyards at the foot of the Jura Mountains, about 5 km from Neuchatel.

The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, the train station is about 10 minutes away on foot. Shopping centers are within a few minutes by car and there is also in place right shopping.


The Swiss Jura is a hiker's paradise with wild gorges and cliffs (Creux-du-Van) and stunning views. Just behind the house the forest begins with a fitness trail, many marked trails and bike routes (also mountain bike trails).

The lake, with its beautiful beaches and its clear water can be reached by car in 5 minutes.

In winter, about 30 minutes away is a small but challenging alpine ski area: Les Bugnenets-Savagnières. Is located very close to the house a paradise for cross-country skiers (about 300km of groomed trails) and snowshoe hikers. Storage for skis and equipment are in the house or Garage available.

Brand new are starting this year (2016) include the free use of all public transport in the canton of Neuchâtel in the tax!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönem Garten und traumhaftem Blick auf den See

Die Ferienwohnung hatte für uns (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Jugendliche) genau die richtige Größe. Da wir Glück mit dem Wetter hatten konnten wir den wunderschön angelegten Garten und den Blick auf den See bei vielen Mahlzeiten genießen. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut, wir fanden alles vor was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber mit einem großen, sauberen, modernen Bad. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein bequemes modernes Doppelbett, die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer war für unsere Kinder ausreichend.

Das umfangreiche Informationsmaterial, das die Vermieter für die Wohnung und für die gesamte Umgebung zur Verfügung stellen hat für eine schnelle Orientierung gesorgt. Die Vermieterin zeigte sich sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und für Fragen ansprechbar und erreichbar.

Die Busverbindung Richtung Neuchatel liegt nur wenige Fußminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. In ca. 15 min gelangt man in die Innenstadt von Neuchatel, wobei einige Busse bis spät Abends fahren und auch einen Abendausflug erlauben. Wir haben die Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung in Corcelles sehr genossen.

tolle Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Obwohl sie nur zwei Zimmer hat, hatten wir zu viert genug Platz. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Der Garten ist mit sehr viel Liebe gepflegt und auch sehr schön. Die Wohnung war außerdem sauber und liebevoll für unseren Besuch vorbereitet.

Wir hatten in unserer Urlaubswohnung alles, was wir uns gewünscht hatten: tollen Ausblick, eine schöne und sehr ansprechende Ausstattung, einen sehr gepflegten Garten, eingebettet in eine tolle Landschaft.

Danke den Vermietern, daß sie uns einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Schweiz möglich machten, um ihr Land und die Menschen kennenzulernen.
