This newly renovated and furnished detached villa has its own private pool area and a spacious plot size of 1200 m2. The generous living room and kitchen area directly connect to the sheltered terrace. With the mild Algarve winter and year-round sun this is an ideal place to relax and sun-bathe.

After a dip in the private pool (which measures 4x8 meters) you can enjoy a meal cooked in the outside kitchen with the solid barbecue. Children will love the play equipment in the garden which includes swings and a slide as well as a huge sand area.

The house is equipped for up to 8 people and has 4 sleeping rooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have double beds (160 x 200 cm or 140 x 200 cm) and have direct access to the garden. Two bedrooms have a private bathroom. We have a baby cot and a high chair for our little guests.

The house is air-conditioned and therefore available all year round!

The house fulfills all the necessary official requirements and is registered as Alojamento Local.

West Algarve: Unlike the South and East Algarve, the West is still untouched by intense tourism. The spectacular cliffs are up to 100 meters high and hide many stuning family-friendly beaches surrounded by fascinating rock formations. Small streams flow through many beaches, providing wonderful opportunities for young children to explore and play.

Staying for a longer period provides you with the opportunity to make trips further afield. You can explore golf courses, marinas, shopping centres and aquaparks within one hour. The beautiful Andalusian city of Seville is only three hours drive away along the motorway. The Portuguese capital Lisbon is located three hours drive to the north and we would definitley recommend a visit to this historic and beautiful city. You can also connect your stay in Casa Luna with a city trip at the beginning or end of your stay and take advantage of the frequent flight offers to Seville and Lisbon airports.

Driving directions: The nearest airport is Faro, which is around one hour drive from Casa Luna. Many major and low cost airlines fly to Faro.

Hervorragend

Nun sind wir schon zum zweiten mal hier (und immer noch da) und sind begeistert.

Der Empfang durch die Familie Bittner ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich ab der ersten Minute sehr wohlfühlt und der Urlaub direkt beginnen kann.

Wir sind selbst Gastronomen und sind von der überaus durchdachten Einrichtung (besonders der Küche) begeistert. Ob es die Außenküche ist, der Pool, der Spielplatz, die vorhandenen Sonnenschirme für den Strand, die Fleecedecken um Abends lange draußen sitzen zu können, die meist schon vorhanden Gewürze, der Kaffee und das Öl für den Erstgebrauch, die Musikanlage, die Gesllschaftsspiele ect.. Vieles Kleinigkeiten aber keine Selbstverständlichkeiten. Außer hier.

Wir haben zwar keine Kleinkinder mehr, aber das ist auch wirklich erwähnenswert, dass auch hier selbst für die kleinsten alles da ist.

Es wird sehr darauf geachtet das alles in einem einwandfreien und sauberen Zustand ist.

Sehr gern kommen wir wieder.

Schönes Haus, Schöner Pool, gut für Familien

Das Haus ist bestens geeignet für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist gut, es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist klasse (und beheizt, was bei dem m.u. frischen Wind nicht ganz unbedeutend ist) und der Spielplatz ist auch prima. Das ganze Grundstück ist schön, recht groß und ruhig gelegen. Man braucht auf alle Fälle ein Auto, um zu den Stränden, zum einkaufen nach Aljezur oder zu Restaurants zu gelangen (Vale da Tehla ist kein gewachsener Ort, sondern eine Art Ferienhaussiedlung). Die Übergaben waren entspannt, unproblematisch und schnell. Wer einen Familienurlaub machen möchte und dabei mit einer (sympathisch) überschaubaren touristischen Infrastruktur zurecht kommt, der ist an der Westalgarve sicherlich gut aufgehoben. Das Casa Luna war uns dafür eine super Basis!

great appartment near beautiful big wave beach

We spent 1 week in the beautiful appartment with 2 couples and our 5 year old daughter. Big pool, nice rooms and perfect support by the owners. Very friendly contact and the house is well equipped with all necessary things. Highly recommended!

Vale da Telha is located in the beatutiful Costa Vicentina Nature Park in the West Algarve. Far away from areas of intense tourism, this region offers stunning beaches, spectacular scenery and the chance to get closer to nature. Near the house are many places of interest and superb, sandy beaches including Arrifana, Monte Clérigo and Amoreira. The freshwater lake in Vale da Telha is home to lots of wildlife and birds, making it the perfect spot for nature lovers to explore.

As well as a supermarket you will find a variety of restaurants in Vale da Telha providing lots of opportunities to eat out and enjoy typical Portuguese cuisine. The picturesque, historic town of Aljezur is 7 km away and has everything you need for your holiday. We recommend a visit to the typical Portuguese market hall with fresh fish and vegetables. There is also an emergency medical service in the town.
