Our cozy, detached cottage with approximately 150 sqm of living space on a 440 sqm large secluded corner plot with ground floor, first floor and roof terrace.

After Betreteten of the house you will find yourself in a spacious and equipped with many windows at ground level living / dining area with comfortable sofa, armchairs and a dining table with 6 chairs. You'll also find an LCD TV with satellite connection, radio, CD player with Bluetooth interface.

The same left lying, completed and fully equipped with all amenities (dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave oven with steam cooking, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, kettle .....) with adjoining utility room (washing machine) provides true cooking pleasure.

Also outgoing see from the living / dining room 2 bedrooms with a modern 1st 50 m wide double bed with intermediate shower room.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a 1. 80 m wide double bed and en-suite bathroom with tub / shower and double vanity. You also have access to the large roof terrace which is equipped with lounge furniture and offers a magnificent view of the beautiful countryside or the night you can watch shooting stars here. The view extends up to a ridge on which the monastery of San Salvador is located.

Outside, the beautiful 6 x is 3 m pool with Roman steps and 2 underwater lights, covered and open terrace area, 6 comfortable sun loungers with 2 large parasols, wooden tables and chairs, outdoor shower and ball for charcoal grill.

Since the house has oil fired central heating, it can also in the winter months (October to March) comfortably heated and inhabited (fee EUR 10.00 / day).

Our house has a rental license.

Cala Llombards is a small coastal town that is not overrun by tourism, but is mainly used by Mallorcans as a weekend home. The village lies on the slope of a small bay with fine sand and crystal clear water. Near the famous Es Trenc beach (about 20 minutes) and the Calo des Moro / Cala de s'Almunia are (within walking distance). Between May and September, there are two small supermarkets (among others with fresh bread) in place, which are also open on Sundays. 6 km away Santanyi you will find everything for the daily needs of supermarkets, restaurants, doctors etc. Very interesting is also the Wednesday and Saturday farmers market in Santanyi.

Tolle Finca mit perfekter Lage direkt an der Bucht in Cala Llombards.

Wir haben hier 9 wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Die Finca ist top ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wer auf einen reinen Strandurlaub aus ist, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Alle Wege wie zB. Einkäufe kann man zu Fuß erledigen. Unsere Kinder hätten sich noch eine WLAN Verbindung gewünscht. Aber das wäre Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Wir würden gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Wir haben im August 2016 zwei tolle Urlaubswochen in diesem schönen, gepflegten Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterfamilie verlief reibungslos. Emails wurden immer zeitnah beantwortet.

Vor Ort wurden wir von der Hausverwalterin Frau Schmitz empfangen. Frau Schmitz lebt selbst seit vielen Jahren auf der Insel und war uns eine gute Beraterin. Eine defekte Kaffemaschine und ein fehlender Besen wurden unverzüglich ausgetauscht bzw. vorbeigebracht. Frau Schmitz war ein Schatz. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Das Haus liegt unweit der Bucht von Cala Llombards, direkt an der steilen Kurve die hinunter zum Strand führt. Das hat den Vorteil, dass man „eben mal schnell“ über eine Treppe zum Meer laufen kann und sich dann am eigenen Pool in Ruhe entspannen kann. Weitere unbebaute Buchten sind schnell zu erreichen. Z.B. Caló des Moro, Cala s´Almunia, Caló des Borgit usw.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Ecke auf Mallorca und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Ein letzter Tipp: Zum Einkaufen empfehlen wir „Agromart balear“ in Santany oder etwas größer in Campos. Dort kaufen sie hervorragende regionale Produkte in angenehmer Atmosphäre zum fairen Preis!
