Our beautiful apartment boasts amazing views from the roof top terrace, plenty of sun and peace with breathtaking views of the surrounding Alps.
During the winter months, one can watch the skiers skiing down the slopes of the Areit, Schmittenhöhe mountain.

Es war eine wundervolle Zeit!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben viele Abdenstunden auf der wunderschönen Dachterasse verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkomend. Ideal war, dass wir unsere Räder dabei hatten, so konnten wir innerhalb von 10 Minuten am See entlang in die Stadt fahren. Überhaupt ist die Ausgangslage ideal für viele Ausflüge, da man nicht erst durch Zell am See durch muss, wo sich der Verkehr doch sehr oft staut. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass das Badezimmer nicht auf der Ebene des Schlafzimmers liegt, d.h., wenn man nachts zur Toilete muss, muss man die Wendeltreppe nach oben gehen. Für große Menschen wie meinen Mann ist es etwas mühsam, sich im Küchenbereich zu bewegen, da dieser direkt unter der Dachschräge liegt.

Tolles kleines Apartment, laufnah zum See. Die Dachterrassen bieten einen schönen Ausblick auf die Panorama Berge. Sehr gastfreundliche Familie. Alles in allem ein Ort an den man gerne wiederkommt.

Kurzaufenthalt

Kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung für 2(-3) Personen. Toller Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge, gemütlicher, großzügiger Wohnraum, bequeme Betten, kleine Küchenzeile, die gut ausgestattet ist. Unkomplizierte, freundliche Vermieter. Lage in Schüttdorf sehr angenehm, wenn man etwas abseits des Trubels von Zell am See bleiben möchte. Liegt in der Nähe des Sees und in der Nähe eines Freibades. Schöner Fußweg nach Zell ca. 20 min. In direkter Nähe ein Bäcker und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

angenehmer und erholsamer Silvesterurlaub

Nach vielen Staus kamen wir verspätet in unserer Unterkunft an. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend und lud uns sofort zu einem kleinen Begrüßungstrunk ein. Wir fühlten uns pudelwohl. Die ruhige Lage genossen wir sehr. Zur Haltestelle (Skibus) waren es etwa 5 min. und der Bäcker war ebenfalls nur 5 Gehminuten vom Appartment entfernt. Mit einem Spaziergang verbunden war der Zeller See auch nicht all zu weit entfernt. Das Appartment ist neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Töpfe, Geschirr, Gläser,... ist alles vorhanden und falls man etwas benötigt, einfach bei den Vermietern fragen. Die kleine Kochnische nutzten wir natürlich auch. Die Wohnung war auf 2 Etagen bewohnbar, unten war das Schlafzimmer. Nach oben zum Wohn- u. Essbereich, Küche und Badezimmer führte eine Wendeltreppe. Alles war gepflegt und sauber. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder an diesen Ort zurück.
