About this property

Holiday home in the forest and on the Müggelspree.
Schönhorst / Müggelheim settlement
1600 m² plot of pure nature just for you. Located on the water with a free canoe or rowing boat (contribution to costs for the outboard with 2-3 overnight stays 60, - otherwise 100, - per week) Not far from popular cycling and hiking trails around the Müggelsee.
The house was completely renovated in 2013 and is of high quality.
There are 2 bedrooms for 4 people.
There is the possibility to rent the annex. This is more simply equipped and contains a double bed and a small bathroom.
Outside there is a sun terrace with a barbecue area.
4 bicycles can be used free of charge.
A car would be advantageous because the settlement is very 'idyllic'.
If something is missing, we live only 10 minutes away in Müggelheim.

Super!

Sehr sauber,alles da was man braucht,Kanu und Fahrräder top. Der Kamin macht das Haus superschnell warm. Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Solide Unterkunft

Sehr gut für kleine Familien. Wir waren zu dritt. Fernsehn und Internet sind nur bedinkt nutzbar. Daher habe wir viel Zeit mit uns verbracht. Der Ablauf in der Dusche ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Funktiniert aber. Wir haben das Haus als Basis für unserer Ausflüge nach Berlin genutzt. Dafür war diese Unterkunft sehr gut geeignert. Berlin ist ca. 45 Minuten entfernt. Etwas weit. Aber wir konnten in gemütlicher Runde am Lagerfeuer sitzen. Eigentlich sehr ruhig. Lediglich die Flugzeuge vom vom Flughaven sind zu hören. Allerdings in sehr geringer Lautstärke. Etwa so laut, wie Wind, der den Ofen anfacht. Über alles gesehen, ist dieses Ferienhaus zu empfehlen. Kein Luxus, aber bodenständig. Wirklich zu beanstanden gab es nichts.

Nur das Wetter hat nicht ganz mitgespielt. Für den überdachten Außenbereich fehlt für die dunklen Tageszeiten eine Beleuchtung.

Really nice place, but a little bit dirty

The place was really nice and exactly as expected. We used the little boat, that was quiet funny. There is an awesome lake nearby where you have to go by bike. Unfortunately the promised bike where useless, gladly we had our owns. There were also a lot of spiders, webs and dust. You have to pay for cleaning, i would expect a house thats also cleaned when you arrive.
