The apartment sleeps two, the high-quality bed can be converted into a sofa, a travel cot is located in the apartment, as well as an inflatable guest mattress, fully equipped kitchen (toaster, Nespresso, ...) Satellite TV, terrace overlooking the Vienna Woods, Internet, ...

The ground floor washer and dryer. A absperbarer bike room. The building has a beautiful courtyard with playground. The apartment is available fully available.

My daughter Regina is you / you hand over the keys and happy to provide information and tips.

The entrance to the U3 Huttengasse underground station is around the corner, 12 minutes to the Stephansplatz. With the tram line 10 you can reach Schönbrunn in 15 minutes. Naherhohlungsgebiete within walking distance (Steinhofgründe, melting).

Numerous restaurants, wine taverns, Meiselmarkt. A supermarket is in the house.

Convenient location.; U3 in the house, tram stop in front of the house

 48A 3 min. The Western Railway Station, Opera and St. Stephen's Cathedral are reachable on the U3 in minutes

The Technical Museum is in 10min., Next stop is the castle Schönbrunn, imTiergarten Schönbrunn are a 20 min.

pulitissimo , nuovo, ben posizionato con tutto cio che serve per viverci con la famiglia, senza necessita di un automobile per gli spostamenti in qualsiasi punto della citta. complimenti al proprietario e alla societa che gestisce . spero di avere una altra buona esperienza come questa magari in un altro posto del mondo grazie.

Super Ausgangspunkt zur Stadterkundung! Tolle Wohnung!

Lieber Herr Gassner,

Ihre Wohnung ist wirklich toll. Modern, sehr, sehr sauber und die Lage sehr zentral.

Der Urlaub begann dann auch schon direkt bei der Schlüsselübernahme durch den herzlichen Empfang Ihrer Tochter!

Für uns war vor allem der Supermarkt und die U-Bahn-Station direkt nebenan der totale Luxus.

Ansonsten bietet die Wohnung alles, was man für einen Städtetrip braucht.

Hoffentlich haben wir bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in Wien wieder das Glück, in Ihrer Wohnung übernachten zu können!

Ein geradezu ideales Quartier

Die Begrüßung am Quartier war schon mal ausgesucht freundlich und hilfsbereit;

auch der Kontakt im Vorfeld war hilfreich durch die Insider-Tipps.

Die Wohnung ist so gut wie baufrisch - neu, aber mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet,

dazu sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Balkon ist ein angenehmer Zugewinn.

Die Lage ist ideal: 500 Meter zum nächsten P&R, der Supermarkt im Haus, um die Ecke (ca. 50 Meter) der Zugang zur U 3.

In 20 Minuten war ich am Stephansplatz. Daher waren untertags auch kleine Erholungszeiten im Quartier kein Problem.

Die Umgebung (Ottakring) ist reizvoll und ansprechend.

Hier würde ich gerne wieder einmal herkommen!
