About this property

At the turn of 2015, we have purchased in a long family tradition our dream holiday home in the most beautiful for us holiday park Texel.
In February and March our house was completely renovated and designed, as we feel comfortable in it.

In the hall, living room and dining room we have a new tile floor laid, a completely new kitchen invites to the cooking and almost all the furniture was renewed in the large living-dining area.
Of course with new dishes, good cooking pots and pans (there is no oven), finally the cooking belongs also to our passions. Of course, the knives are sharp and we guarantee that you will never find "old" spices.

For dessert, you can enjoy a wonderful cup of coffee from the Nespresso machine then. (Of course, a normal coffee machine is available.) The lower bathroom has been reworked and the upper bathroom has been completely renovated as we have the roof with a dorm.

And for the athletic active among our guests, we present three used bicycles, a boules game and two golf clubs, Trolleys for free.

Our house offers:

2 bedrooms with double beds (1 x 160 cm by one mattress)

1 bedroom with two single beds

1 baby bed

2 bathrooms with shower and WC

A large, cozy living-dining area with fireplace and a beautiful view of the large garden.

The garden is opaque and protected from the wind by a large hedge, the garden provides security, especially for the little ones. Two terraces, 2 relaxing loungers, 2 beach chairs, garden furniture, a barbecue and a small garden house also belong to the house.

There is also a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a refrigerator with freezer and other useful things in the storeroom.

All our guests will also receive free access to the new leisure pool in the complex.

....halt ein Traumhaus

Wir können jetzt gut verstehen, warum dies Haus Traum- Ferienhaus genannt wird. Liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet (die Eigentümer wollen sich dort bestimmt auch wohlfühlen), Bäder, Betten, Küche und alle anderen Einrichtungen.....es passte einfach ALLES. Geen aanrader, stoffig, slechte bedden, gevaarlijke trap, kapot traphekje

Het huis was niet schoon , overal lag stof . Het traphekje was kapot. de trap is heel gevaarlijk voor kinderen. De hal van de trap is heel klein waardoor kinderen gemakkelijk van de trap kunnen vallen , daarom had ik een traphek nodig, maar die was kapot en die heb ik zelf proberen te maken maar hetr was alsnog gevaarlijk voor de kinderen. gevaarlijke situatie voor kinderen bij de kledingkast in de slaapkamer: Boven op de kleding kast in de slaapkamer van de kinderen lag een babybed die er gemakkelijk af kon vallen, als zon zwaar bed op het hoofd van een kind valt dan is een kind zwaar gewond. Daarom heb ik het baby bed van de kast afgetild en in de kast van de andere slaapkamer neergezet. Heel harde bedden in de slaapkamer beneden: de bedden waren heel hard, mijn man en ik hadden na 2 nachten allebei last van onze nek, schouders en rug gekregen. Dit is niet een gezonde slaap gelegenheid.

Super Ferienhaus für Familien

Für die ganze Familie wird gesorgt, kostenloser Eintritt ins Spaßbad mit Rutschen und Indoor-Spielplatz bei Regen. Super Ausgangslage für Radtouren und Ausflüge zum Strand. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (insbesondere Küche) und auch der Garten ist schön zum Grillen, Spielen, etc. Wir hatten eine super Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern, sehr nette Gastgeber, gerne wieder!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Holger war reibungslos und die Leute an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich. Wir hatten allerdings viele Stechmücken. Ich würde nächstes Mal ein Mosquitonetz mitnehmen. Die Lage ist super, viele Kinder in der Umgebung und ruhige Nächte.
