This modern villa built in typical Dalmatian style is located in the village of Kremena and is the right choice for a relaxing vacation. The house is spread over two floors, which are connected by a spiral staircase inside as well as by an outside staircase. On the first floor there is the living area with kitchen and dining room, as well as a toilet and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The beautiful, large terrace with pool and the great panoramic view of the sea makes the vacation perfect. Next to the house there is also a children's playground and a covered terrace with barbecue. You can reach the pebble and rocky beach in 5 minutes by car. Recommended are day trips to Dubrovnik and Kor?ula, which offer a rich cultural program.
