Our country house 'CASA LAS ROSAS' is a stylish and comfortable renovated villa, tastefully furnished and full equipment. Garden and terrace are not visible from the outside. The villa has a total of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living room with fully equipped kitchen.

Overall, the country house has room for 4 persons, extra beds are available. Baby cot and high chair are available if needed. This romantic cottage is equipped with everything you need to prepare culinary delights. For a spicy dish from the charcoal grill or a Pata Negra, the exquisite Spanish ham, you can rich ecological cheeses from local farmers and enjoy the exquisite wines and fruit juices, freshly harvested fruits of the region on the shaded terrace. Of course you can relate your breakfast eggs from free-range chickens our neighboring country house, from us, or prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen paella and pastries.

The property is located in the south of Tenerife in Arico. This Spanish place is not dominated by tourist hustle and bustle, but has the charm of a sleepy Spanish rural idyll. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Der Kontakt während der Reservierung verlief sehr freundlich auf deutsch, die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sprechen auch deutsch und sind immer direkt auf dem Nachbargrundstück erreichbar.

Das Haus ist erst wenige Jahre alt und befindet sich auf dem neuesten Stand. Auch die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Grundstück befindet sich in ruhiger ländlicher Lage. Eine wunderschöne Badebucht, welche nicht von Pauschaltouristen belagert wird, ist in ca. 15 Minuten per Auto erreichbar. Der Teide Nationalpark ist mit dem Auto in ca. 1h erreichbar. Mit dem MTB oder Geländewagen kann man von Arico aus auch direkt auf einer Piste den Nationalpark bei Izana (Observatorium) erreichen.

Wir würden gerne wieder hier unseren Urlaub verbringen.

wunderbar ruhig

Die Finca Las Rosas war ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen. In Arico zwischen Feldern gelegen, war es hier wunderbar ruhig, die einzigen Geräusche kamen von Hühnern und Singvögeln.

Das Besitzerpaar Marion und Michael hat uns herzlichst empfangen.

Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und mit all den "Kleinigkeiten" versehen, die man zum Leben braucht (Klopapier, Geschirrspülertabs, Gewürze, etc.). Die Matratzen waren ausgezeichnt, die Duschkabine großzügig bemessen; aus dem Brausekopf kam das Wasser mit Druck, wie man es in Mitteleuropa gewohnt ist. Die Küche war gut mit Kochutensilien und Geschirr ausgestattet, ausreichend Holz für den Schwedenofen vorhanden (auch wenn wir ihn nur 1x benutzt haben, weil es sonst warm genug war). Frühstück war sogar im Februar in einem wingeschützten Bereich des Gartens möglich. Und für jene, die es brauchen: es gab so ziemlich alle deutschsprachigen Fernsehsender.

Das Tüpfelchen auf dem i war der von den Besitzern betriebene Hofladen, in dem man Obst und Gemüse aus biologischen Landbau, Eier von glücklichen Hühnern (findet man in Spanien und auf den Kanaren ja eher selten) und köstliche selbstgemachte Marmelade kaufen konnte.

Super - Gerne wieder!

Super Ferienwohnung! Marion und Micha sind ganz liebe und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Alles ist sehr sauber und in einem top Zustand. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Schlafzimmer sind einfach toll. So viel wie ich dort geschlafen habe, schlafe ich zu Hause nie! Sehr ruhige Lage mit Blick auf das Meer sowie Gran Canaria. Prima Auswahl an deutschen TV-Sendern. Produkte aus der eigenen Landwirtschaft sind ebenfalls erhältlich. Wenn Teneriffa, dann auf jeden Fall wieder hier!

Der nächst gelegene Küstenort ist Abades, mit dem Auto ca. 10 min. entfernt. Nett angelegter kleiner Ort mit schönen Badebuchten und weißen Häusern. Unbedingt sehenswert ist hier die Geisterstadt "Sanatorio de Abona". Eine riesige, nicht fertig gebaute, Lepra Kolonie aus Franko's Zeiten. Wäre eine prima Kulisse für so manchen Horrerfilm.

Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaubsaufenthalt

Schöne und saubere Unterkunft, Gastgeber deutschsprachig. Deutsches Satellitenfernsehen und störungsfreies W-Lan vorhanden.Perfekt für Menschen, die wie wir ein Quartier ausserhalb der touristischen Zentren und Bettenburgen suchten. Bei Hitze an der Küste wegen der Höhenlage klimatisch gemässigt mit sehr angenehmen Nachttemperaturen. Alle touristischen Zentren mit Mietwagen gut erreichbar.

Pasamos unos días en la finca. La casa muy bonita y equipada con todo lo que se puede necesitar. La zona muy tranquila y su dueño muy amable y atento. Ideal para disfrutar en su piscina y su barbacoa. 100% recomendable.
